Excellent fridge, room for everything. Very thick doors, the description says it is counter depth but the doors stick out past the counter.

We love this refrigerator ! Looks great, and lots of room. Love the extra slide out drawers ...and the freezer is huge. Lots of room with seperate compartments and pull out dawers. So glad we made this purchase!

I purchased this fridge in 2017 along with the 5-year protection plan and thank God I did because it has been nonstop issues ever since the manufacturer warranty ran out. The refrigerator does not cool properly. It is currently 66 degrees inside. The water dispenser got stuck in the back position, the water spilled into the drawers and short-circuited the temperature control drawers.. The LED lights work every now and then but have been mostly non-existant. I have had each of these issues repaired and they happened all over again, because it is a critical design flaw. Now the drawers are not closing properly. The freezer has gone out The ice dispenser has gone out. Pretty much everything that can break on this overpriced piece of junk has broke and been replaced and it still isn't right. Save your money and your food. Do not buy this!!!!!!

Been looking around for a refrigerator just like this. The best part is the 2 soft closing drawers so you dont always have to open both French doors for everyday small items.

I like the design, but the soft close drawers for only two of the drawers is confusing for most. It seems all the drawers (meat, vegie in the middle) which have it and the freezer drawer, which doesn't, should be the same. Actually, probably soft close is not really desireable for a refrigerator since you really want to make sure every thing is closed up tight.

Had Samsung, which was horrible. I plan for this make to be better.

My favorite aspects are: quiet operation, nice layout of shelves with ability to change as needed and flex drawer.

Well thought out design and easy of use. Stalked this fridge for years before finally having an excuse to upgrade.

One of the most beautiful refrigerators that I've purchased. However after a year of owning it the ice make stopped working and soon after the freezer stopped cooling. Thankfully I purchased an extended warranty.

Don't get me wrong, I love this refrigerator it is just beautiful. The only downfall is that it looks spacious but it really is inconvenient. There's not a lot of space for vegetables and it has a huge , And very inconvenient, bulk from the ice/water filter on one side of the refrigerator door ( left door ). But other than that I would recommend, it looks beautiful.

I am so happy with this fridge. I was skeptical about the price but I kept going back to it and finally pulled the trigger. Everything from the look to function is excellent.

I've had this fridge for six months and have had absolutely no problems with it. I love the way it is organized. The freezer has a large capacity and the contents are accessible compared to my old side-by-side.
