Refrigerator is great and is meeting all our expectations

As of right now I have no problems with it and everything seems to run great love it

this is an awesome fridge, the black stainless is incredible looking.

HUGE improvement over our last fridge - it looks great, has great use of interior space and the drawers on the front are perfect for the kids to grab snacks and drinks. One nice point - the appliance cabinet is lower than other makes - if you have an older kitchen (like ours) with bulkheads and low cabinets, this may fit your kitchen better than similar black stainless options from other manufacturers.

Terrible product. Even worse when you consider the price. We schedule return 3 days after delivery. All of our freezer items frosted over and you could hear the refridgerator running while watching TV. The drawer rails iced over also. This was purchased to replace a 5 year old Whirlpool (same company) that went out. According to our repair man, the defroster is generally the first of many failures to come on this brand. He was correct. We went ahead and bought Kitchenaid against our better judgement and reviews because we have always liked the brand and it would match our other Kitchenaid appliances. With issues after 3 days we decided to not take anymore chances and returned. I will say that Best Buy was excellent in returning the product.

Love this refrigerator! Lots of room & very stylish

This refrigerator has some features that I like. However, the refrigerator section is small and not user friendly. It is hard to place the shelves where thay are handy and easy to use. I actually had to remove one of them to accomodate taller items. Which leaves me with one less shelf. Everything is crowded and not "handy" to get to.

This product is A number 1 so far on our list. No problems as of yet.

Love the refrigerator. Originally ordered it through our builder who said they couldn't get it through their supplier and put it on us to go find it. Best Buy had it in stock and saved it for a month before we closed and they delivered it. Love it!

What else can you really say. It’s great high quality product. Only mistake was that I messed up on the measurements. It’s bigger then what I wanted. But we love it, so now we have a fridge that sticks out 8”. It was my mistake so we kept it. Only could be better if we actually got one that was the correct cabinet size.

Absolutley perfect. No complaints exactly as its advertised!!
