Remove and Replace Refrigerator

William and Robert - the technicians - also did an excellent job with removing the existing refrigerator and installing the new, KitchenAid French Door Refrigerator.

I had to pay for an extended warranty because Kitchenaid would not acknowledge that it was not working properly. It makes a lot of noise, has a vibration, has inconsistant temperature. I have a repair man here right now who says this model is a "problem unit" and so far has found that it is not defrosting properly. Kitchenaid should recall this model!

We bought the unit brand new and it arrived defective multiple dents and scratches, and it didn't keep the cooling temperatures. It spoiled our food. Best Buy attempted to send us and additional 2 fridges to replace the defective unit but they both arrived in a worse condition than the first one. We eventually had no choice but to go back with Samsung fridge. My suggestion is if you do but this item always triple check for any damages.

Installers said the cracks were no problem and would not replace them Smallish volume for the price (25+ cubic feet) Ice maker slow
