Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.disappointing for such a great company, we returned two KitchenAid refrigerators do to malfunctions one intense noise all day long and the last cooling the first day the following day quit cooling so we didn't what to take a third chance and we whent whit a different brand, poor quality control service or lock of supervision in this product. Michael Villalobos but we love the store Best Buy incredible stuff including the delivery associates very helpful and polite this is the only store we buy all are product's for over 20 year's.

Love the cool digital water dispenser The only issue I have is when we first got your fridge it took forever to get cold. The refrigerator part did get cold but the freezer never got cold or freezing really After three days still no ice. Then out of the blue on the fourth day the refrigerator decided to stop working. So I call for a refund ended up switching to a different fridge entirely.
