The temperature sensor needed to be replaced. The technician said that it probably was fried due to a power outage. We waited 2 weeks for a replacement to be installed. Had to go buy a mini fridge. We live in an area where the power company routinely shuts of power due to potential fire hazard. Don't buy this thing if you have power outages.
