I've seen several complaints on this after the fact. It also is level in my house, but the sensors will randomly go off, and of course it goes off @ 2am. This from was over $3000 and I do not feel it was worth it. Usually I am a huge fan of Kitchen aid.

Great fridge

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A disaster, the first 3 delivery attempts resulted in: 1 attempt: they broke the refrigerator on the way 2 tried: the water dispenser was broken 3 attempt: they forgot it in the warehouse 4th attempt: they delivered it, the door was uneven.. THE PERSON WHO DELIVERED IT TOLD MY WIFE THAT IT WAS GOING TO FIX IT ONLY BY PUTTING WEIGHT ON THE DOOR... result: an alleged technical service came 7 days after delivery to tell me that they can't repair it and I need to change it.. Let's see what happens with the 5th attempt.., The truth is all a headache ..,

No replacement from Kitchen-aid, as per them they do not replace the product and they can not fix. Stuck in a jam with Kitchenaid. Paid 3000 USD for this troubled 5 door refrigerator.
