I am so unhappy. They delivered this refrigerator with a dent. The water dispenser leaks. I have gotten nowhere with customer support. When they delivered my refrigerator they ruined my floor. we just moved in our new house and it has marks from when they pushed the refrigerator in and out because they couldn't figure out how to get the ice maker and water maker to work.

Disappointed-broken door

The left side door was broken upon delivery. The deli every guy/technician said he’d communicate that information and someone would get back to us. We haven’t heard from anyone. Disappointed!

Very bad quality plus very bad delivery and very bad customer service!! I waited for this refrigerator almost a year for the back order and since I have it alway have issues

Great fridge

The fridge is great. Good room, although smaller than our last it holds more because you can organize and prioritize everything. The only thing we miss is having 2 places to place your cup. You must first hit ICE, then fill, the touch WATER, then push to fill again. Not a big deal but our last one had 2 paces to place the glass and was easier to do 1 handed.

Excellent response time on delivery. Matched a previous quote I had received. Had this same refiigerator before moving to Idaho, but it was part of the sale of our home. Looking forward to making another appliance purchase and it will be with Best Buy

It wasn't delivered. They took it back to the warehouse as of the big damage. Why it is showing as it was delivered? Why I can't reach anybody regarding this issue. Nobody is taking care of it.

Great looking, well laid out. The only thing was the price but Best Buy came through and had the Kitchen Aid refrigerator. You could not ask for a better product.

I had two faulty units. The 1st had the lights flickering and the 2nd had a water leak at the filter. Both were returned and replaced with a different brand.
