Love the looks of this refrigerator, just had It installed. Love the organizational drawers and ice is made quickly but in small amounts.

We purchased our kitchen aid refrigerator and we are very satisfied. Great sales person who erased our fears of an open box purchase. The refrigerator is quiet and keeps everything fresh.

I do not recommend buying this fridge. Oh yes, it’s pretty and rather expensive but soooo not worth the hassle. We have had this fridge for a little over a year. I have had to place 3 service calls on it in that time. Now, we’re waiting on a part to be replaced because the fridge isn’t cooling - food isn’t cold and it won’t make ice. This is the second time it stopped making ice. Not worth your money (because she ain’t cheap) or your time. Keep scrolling right past this one.

Very happy with this refrigerator,the only thing that needs improvement are the ice maker and water dispenser noise.

Love the overall design. Especially the 2 very deep drawers.. We use the left one for all sorts of beverages and it keeps everything nice a cold. No need for an ice chest for parties. Also interior setup is very well designed. Same with freezer. Exterior look is very eye catching .

This refrigerator has been a very good purchase... So far it's storage is very adequate for 3 person house hold.... The no slam to doors are great.. it has plenty on little compartments for as would say stuff... It's a bit pricey... When you compare it with others that have screens and play music... All of which my refrigerator doesn't need to do.... It's look compliments my kitchen's well...

We recently purchased this from Best Buy during a kitchen renovation. It's a beautiful fridge, and very appealing. However, it's not much on the storage, and we're thankful we kept our old fridge to put in the garage as a back-up, as we're definitely using both to feed this family of five. From my personal experience, the side-by-side fridge's have much greater storage capacity and ease of use. Other than that, it's a great fridge that we hope provides many years of service to our family...you just need to know the storage limitations going in.

Nothing but problems. We called 7 times during the 3 year protection period with issues with the freezer. They replaced the freezer drawer, added things, replaced the seal… Nothing worked. Finally we were out of the 3 year and nothing could be done. This refrigerator is flawed. The ice maker doesn’t maintain temperature now doesn’t dispense. We’ve had to pay over $800 replacing the front electric panel when it died. I’d never recommend this refrigerator. I’ve heard the one model without the additional two refrigerator doors is much better.

Beautiful refrigerator! The installation was seamless. The lighting inside the fridge makes it easy to find things. I didn’t think I needed the extra drawers but they really are efficient to use.

This fridge is cosmetically beautiful. Storage feels a bit small in comparison to lower priced brands. The water dispenser collects water from ice or water that ends up on your floor. Needs a tray to collect the water so you aren’t constantly wiping it down with a towel.

We've had this about a month now and I'm pretty happy with it. The programmable drawer is outstanding. We keep veg and greens in there and it does an excellent job of keeping things fresh. Had a week old pack of romaine lettuce in there and went away for 5 days. Upon our return, it was still crisp and fresh looking. The only drawback(s) are that I feel it runs almost constantly and it's a little loud - I expected a fridge that wouldn't need to run much and would be near silent.

It looks nice and the two drawers are great for things like apples and yogurt, but the design makes it very difficult to store anything tall in the fridge or to keep the freezer organized. We only got this one because the one we wanted was backordered. We eventually returned it and got the one we wanted when it came back in stock. Beat Buy was fantastic on the return assistance, even letting us keep this fridge after the return period ended while we waited for our new fridge.

Nice setup with drawers. Not much room for large items like milk and pop. Ice maker area does not hold enough ice for a family of 4. Leaking from top and service needed to be called. Doors out of line and whole refrigerator had leveling problems for geek squad. Parts must be made after ordered and can take 6 weeks. Made in the USA is why I bought, but not a fan. Samsung seems to be better even though reviews say their service sucks.

Love the setup! Very roomy and love the adjustable shelving (perfect for standing up bottles of wine!) Produce and cheese/meat drawers are nice but sometimes forget I have items in them. Sliding drawers in the freezer don't pull out the best as well as the actual door is hard to pull open and close, but love the fact that it pulls itself shut and you know it's closed. One plus is when we called KitchenAid to register it they were so nice and wanted to make sure we knew all the ins and outs.

Lots of space, lots of options. I hooked up a culligan reverse osmosis system to the water dispenser and it works great. The lighting inside is nice. I make different foods that can have a strong odor and the fridge does a good job of keeping the air inside fresh. The ice dispenser setup is really nice. The ice is sealed and not exposed to the rest of the fridge or freezer. The ice machine works well for crushing ice. Just had a father's day party and everyone really liked it. Though it isn't any larger than my previous fridge (in Cubic Feet) it feels larger and is easier to organize my foods. I would highly recommend this unit. The only down side is the cheese drawer is small.... but that might just be a Wisconsin thing.

We had a 28 cu ft side by side refrigerator before we bought this one. The freezer space was very small. The freezer on this one fit everything that was in our other one and more. It's nice to be able to see everything that's in the freezer. The refrigerator part is very bright because of the multiple LED lights in it.

We have had this fridge about a month now and it is perfect for our needs. Built like a tank. Love the LED lighting that never burns out and plenty of it. Big capacity. Icemaker works great. The best thing about this refrigerator: the doors close firmly. Theres no question about the seal being tight and closed. So far so good.

I got a great price on his since it was scratch and dent (small mark on front right). But the product itself is still great quality. Compared to our old fridge, a white top and bottom, it HUGE. Love the drawers and the optional half shelf. The handles were easy to put on. I’m still trying to work out how to put tall things like milk and juice in there. The configuration needs work but overall a nice product. I also received great service. I also love the industrial handles.

we have had this fridge for over a year now and it still works great. the water spout needs improvement. the stream isn't consistent.

We bought this fridge because our previous one broke, so far is been great. We were thinking of buying the counter depth option but this one is not that much of a difference and it's way cheaper. The only bad thing is that now my wife wants the stove that comes with it.
