My wife and have been together for 17 years and bought other products this would be the 3rd one and over all it the best built frig owned, easy access freezer compartment, ample LED lighting through out the unit. including on the shelves with plenty, plenty of storage. The kids will inherit these units !

Who doesn't love anything KitchenAid? Sleek yet Elegant with plenty of room and stylish compartments. Everything just looks pretty inside of this.

refrigerator is great performs at a top rate lots of room. installation was a nightmare and unacceptable

I got a great price on his since it was scratch and dent (small mark on front right). But the product itself is still great quality. Compared to our old fridge, a white top and bottom, it HUGE. Love the drawers and the optional half shelf. The handles were easy to put on. I’m still trying to work out how to put tall things like milk and juice in there. The configuration needs work but overall a nice product. I also received great service. I also love the industrial handles.

It looks nice and the two drawers are great for things like apples and yogurt, but the design makes it very difficult to store anything tall in the fridge or to keep the freezer organized. We only got this one because the one we wanted was backordered. We eventually returned it and got the one we wanted when it came back in stock. Beat Buy was fantastic on the return assistance, even letting us keep this fridge after the return period ended while we waited for our new fridge.

Just received yesterday. It's very spacious and beautiful but the cons are the touchscreen is quite hard to get to work and the installers had issues putting one of the doors on properly. It wouldn't sit on the hinge all the way. Will have to call for a repair.

This new KitchenAid refrigerator replaced a 2 1/2 year old other brand that we had issues with; we were fortunate to have them reimburse us the initial purchase price.. After researching refrigerators both online & in person we decided on the KitchenAid based on it's compatibility with all of our other KitchenAid appliances as well as it's outstanding features and looks! This refrigerator is a little smaller than the one we got rid of by about 3 cubic feet but one advantage we found when installing it was because it was a little smaller it provides more room in our kitchen and is very close to a counter depth model that we also looked at..We've only had it for about a month and so far has not disappointed at all in its performance..One last feature to mention is the wonderful LED lighting that comes on when opening the doors!

We love this refrigerator. Plenty of room. We love the lighting inside and that everything g is easy to access.

The fridge is beautiful. It's classic yet modern. The soft close drawers are a nice touch, as is the temp control in the one drawer. Would be nice if both had the temp control, but it doesn't take away from the fridge at all. The dispenser has a nice flow and the measured fill function is pretty neat.

so far so good. nice design outside, did had to remove one shelf inside to fit bigger items, no big deal. have seen bad reviews on the ice maker, but no problems yet.

Has a lot of nice features such as soft but ample LED lighting, soft closing drawers, and ice maker, water filter. It's a great fridge with ample space, but pretty expensive seeing as you don't get some added tech features. We got it on sale though, so I'm not too displeased.

Overall, this is a really solid refrigerator. The black stainless is a really nice look, which is the primary reason we replaced our previous refrigerator. It has lots of volume for foods, and since we rarely use our freezer having most of our storage at or above waist-height is a better solution for us. I've had no functional issues from the refrigerator. That said, I am disappointed at the quality control on one particular item, which is externally visible spray foam insulation on at least one of the refrigerator doors. It appears someone didn't quite get it right and we ended up with foam that seeped out onto the door, which left a visible chunk of the cured foam. I removed most of it, but an annoying residue remains, which is made more visible by the black background of the refrigerator door. I expected better quality control from Kitchen Aid on one of their high-end products.

Great fridge, plenty of room. Only hang up (not bad) is the ice maker container is small. It makes I've fast, just a small.

Great fridge, the freezer is especially clever, multiple drawers to maximize storage and ease of access. A vertical slot for frozen pizza is genius. The only issue we have is the water dispenser is loud and the stream is a bit messy and occasionally spills outside of the container. WOuld recommend this but also like the samsung four door fridge with the double openings right door.

Nicest refrigerator I've ever owned. However, we rejected two off the truck due to unsatisfactory condition upon arrival. Be sure to thoroughly inspect for dings and scratches. Also, KitchenAid sometimes does a lousy job of finishing these refrigerators as there is almost always insulation pushing its way out of the seams on the doors.

This refrigerator is everything and more than I read on other reviews. The stylish pulls, led lighting and ease of organizing are fantastic. I am waiting for the next sale to purchase the stove. The delivery/install team were professional and went out of their way to ensure no damages to flooring, etc..

This refrigerator worked well for about a month then water started dripping from the ice maker. It was covered under the KitchenAid warranty. It took them 6 (or was it 7 trips) and about 4 months to locate the problem, order, then replace the defective parts. Honestly I was becoming very concerned. Since the repairs it has been working very well and we are happy with our purchase.

This fridge looks great in our kitchen, has ample room for everything and keeps things fresh longer. One surprise has been the freezer, which is large, easy to organize and easy to retrieve items from. Love the easy-access drawers!

This refrigerator is a nightmare started having trouble with it like a 10 months call the repair man I called the company first KitchenAid products they sent somebody else you know and like two weeks later we had to do it again OK and I don’t know how to repair man out here maybe 34 times at least but it keeps on going off so we have to pull the refrigerator out to unplug it to reset it and we have to do this at least once a week it’s a nightmare do not buy it do not waste your money it’s sad because I like I have a kitchen appliance KitchenAid appliances but this is a nightmare and so is the dishwasher with the window it holds odors for some reason even though I rent my dickI put sanitizers in a dust dishwashing sanitizer I’ve done everything I could but I have to scrub it all the time to keep the odor is out and there’s only two people in this household my husband and I were supposed senior so we’re very careful zero*if I can get a zero

This refrigerator is so versatile has a spot for everything The boys love having a drawer just for deli meats and I love the drawer closes on it own and they don't have to open the whole refrigerator to access them Talk about space this is a women's dream and a man mans refrigerator
