so far so good. nice design outside, did had to remove one shelf inside to fit bigger items, no big deal. have seen bad reviews on the ice maker, but no problems yet.

This refrigerator worked well for about a month then water started dripping from the ice maker. It was covered under the KitchenAid warranty. It took them 6 (or was it 7 trips) and about 4 months to locate the problem, order, then replace the defective parts. Honestly I was becoming very concerned. Since the repairs it has been working very well and we are happy with our purchase.

I got a great price on his since it was scratch and dent (small mark on front right). But the product itself is still great quality. Compared to our old fridge, a white top and bottom, it HUGE. Love the drawers and the optional half shelf. The handles were easy to put on. I’m still trying to work out how to put tall things like milk and juice in there. The configuration needs work but overall a nice product. I also received great service. I also love the industrial handles.

This fridge looks great in our kitchen, has ample room for everything and keeps things fresh longer. One surprise has been the freezer, which is large, easy to organize and easy to retrieve items from. Love the easy-access drawers!

This refrigerator is so versatile has a spot for everything The boys love having a drawer just for deli meats and I love the drawer closes on it own and they don't have to open the whole refrigerator to access them Talk about space this is a women's dream and a man mans refrigerator

This refrigerator is a nightmare started having trouble with it like a 10 months call the repair man I called the company first KitchenAid products they sent somebody else you know and like two weeks later we had to do it again OK and I don’t know how to repair man out here maybe 34 times at least but it keeps on going off so we have to pull the refrigerator out to unplug it to reset it and we have to do this at least once a week it’s a nightmare do not buy it do not waste your money it’s sad because I like I have a kitchen appliance KitchenAid appliances but this is a nightmare and so is the dishwasher with the window it holds odors for some reason even though I rent my dickI put sanitizers in a dust dishwashing sanitizer I’ve done everything I could but I have to scrub it all the time to keep the odor is out and there’s only two people in this household my husband and I were supposed senior so we’re very careful zero*if I can get a zero

Excellent cooling, lighting and the gray background is 2nd to none. The dual drawers are the cats meow. Don't have to open the main doors for common items and the 3 compartments plus pizza box space is genius. It's expensive but feels, works and looks the part.

I must say that kitchenaid definitely does stand behind their products for the first year. I had repetitive problems with my previous kitchenaid and they made it right. I guess you get what you pay for. I wanted glass shelving and quality drawers that have rollers, so they don't break.. I have 5 kids and we have a lot of food to put in the drawers and on the shelves. Seems to have a little less interior space than my last refrigerator. Seems to be a little noisy

It looks nice and the two drawers are great for things like apples and yogurt, but the design makes it very difficult to store anything tall in the fridge or to keep the freezer organized. We only got this one because the one we wanted was backordered. We eventually returned it and got the one we wanted when it came back in stock. Beat Buy was fantastic on the return assistance, even letting us keep this fridge after the return period ended while we waited for our new fridge.

it makes a loud noise every once in a while, but I still love it over the LG that I previously had.

We managed to grab a great deal on this due to it being Open Box at the front of the store. Looks great in the kitchen, stores plenty of food and is nice and quiet too. Really happy..........if only we could afford to deck the rest of the kitchen out with Kitchen Aid appliances

We received this fridge about 3 weeks ago. I love everything about it but the ice maker. It is very slow. I have tried the "Max Ice" option but it emits a high-pitched Hume while on. Also the dispensing of ice & water is very loud!

This Kitchen Aid product is by far the best refrigerator I have ever purchased. The refrigerator has a filter, there are two drawer's for produce and deli, and both have filters.

Very well designed product. Looks great and performs even better. Not only is the product great, but the staff at the Spartanburg store went above and beyond!!

First time I've ever seen a fridge and thought of it as beautiful. I even have guests admire my new fridge. It is romey, I can fit all my holiday food and leftovers no problem. The freezer is a better design than all other brands. And fits more than it appears. Absolutely love it.

Less than 1 year old, trouble with ice dispenser, it got replace within 1 month stop working. It is expensive to replace water filters every 6 months. Now it has been dripping water behind the drawers and no more warranty to buy an extended warranty they want $757 for 3 years. I have another refrigerator that it’s 8 years old with zero issues. They refrigerator looks nice but I don’t recommend it,

Really like the look and functionality of this. However, the ice maker stopped making ice after about 6 months. Depending on how things resolved I may update rating.

We love this fridge. We looked at a lot of fridges. And this was the one that was a good match. Wish the control panel and buttons were not as plastic'y and fragile. But overall is a great fridge. Delivery from BB was not ideal. First fridge didn't work. Second fridge had a minor scratch out of the box. Installers were amazing, they took care of hauling the fridge in, putting it all together and explaining how it all worked.

Love this refridgerator with the two drawers above the freezer. They are perfect for keeping drinks cold and produce fresh. The freezer also has two drawers inside and plenty of space. Inside is beautiful

This fridge is really nice, I like the fact that it has 5 drawers instead of 3. However, the 2 extra drawers really takes away space in the fridge. Very difficult to fit a gallon of milk in it with the shelf arrangement.
