We have only had it for less than a month but i already love it. It's a lot similar to the one we replaced which my boyfriend didn't want to replace but it was time. Very spacious both in the top and bottom It's amazing.

Kitchen aid refrigerator is excellent. Wife is short so she liked this refrigerator because she could teach all the shelves. The exterior is great as it doesn’t show al the finger prints. Has plenty of freezer space .

Love this style fridge! The amount of space in this fridge is crazy. The middle drawer is perfect for the kids. The top shelf that folds is super smart for the taller bottles. Would buy again!

Refrigerator is extremely nice, Stainless steel on the outside does not smudge like my old LG did. The only draw back on the refrigerator is that the freezer and the other drawer does not slide shut very easily. Other than that this is a top notch refrigerator so far.

Wonderful fridge, much space, the freezer with 3 drawers is a huge space saver. The ice maker stores alot of ice. Im happy with purchase. Very eye appealing

I purchased this KitchenAid refrigerator on 6/21/2024 for $4,000, expecting premium quality and long-term reliability. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. On 7/10/2025, the ice maker completely stopped working. Then on 2/1/2026, the water dispenser also failed, despite the unit being properly connected and installed correctly.
For a high-end appliance at this price point, these failures are unacceptable. I previously owned a Samsung refrigerator for over five years without a single issue, so the contrast has been extremely disappointing. This has easily been the worst refrigerator investment I’ve made.
I contacted Best Buy for assistance, only to find out the manufacturer warranty had just expired. At the time of purchase, no protection plan was recommended, and now I’m essentially being told there’s nothing they can do. That level of customer support, especially on a $4,600 appliance, is frustrating.
I expected far better quality and durability from KitchenAid. Had I known about these reliability issues, I would have spent the extra money for a commercial-grade refrigerator. Extremely disappointed with both the product and the post-purchase support.

I thought I had bought the CADILLAC. It's very pretty but no too good. I read the reviews after the purchase. Lots of condensation. Ice maker stopped working. Ice builds up in the freezer and makes the door hard to open. It's only been a month. Basically, it's pretty on the outside. On another note, the delivery guys were great and very helpful. Give them a raise. They had to remove the front door to get the fridge in.

The refrigerator it self is awesome. But I think mine came damaged from the warehouse the front wheels are damaged and badly scratched my hardwood floor during installation

Two of these refrigerators failed on me. The first lasted 1 day before the compressor broke from its mount. The replacement died exactly 6 months after installation. Kitchenaid Whirlpool service would not answer their telephones and would not reply to emails. They would not permit me to request service online. I cannot get my $3,338 refunded.
