We bought four major appliances through BB in November of '23 and the KitchenAid refrigerator's face is already rusting and peeling at the corner of the water dispenser panel. The bottom face of the dishwasher door is also rusting and peeling. Best Buy says to talk to the appliance hotline, appliance hotline says talk to the service technician, service tech says the warranty doesn't cover "cosmetic" damage so try talking to the Best Buy manager... the cycle continues- even though there's clearly a faulty design flaw with KitchenAid's stainless steel. Two separate appliances and both turning to crap in just over 1 year. $10,000 in purchases yet no one stands by their product??? #nevershopbestbuy #neverbuykitchenaid

Lots of room

The freeze drawers are good,again,you need to be able to plan large boxes...or empty them to enable the items to fit. In general, very nice machine

Great Design and Function, But Too Noisy to Keep

However, the noise from the motor was just too much for us. It was loud enough to be distracting, almost like nails on a chalkboard, and we couldn't walk away from it fast enough. We ended up switching to a Café model, which has a very similar design and features—but it’s whisper quiet and even has a beautiful backlight inside. If KitchenAid can resolve the noise issue, this would’ve been a keeper.

Having multiple compartments helps to organize more efficiently. Unit is sturdy and of good quality. Ice maker works well and delivers flawless crushed ice.

The sales rep was knowledgeable and helped me out. On delivery day we had some damage to the product. I spoke with customer service and they set the refrigerator up and sent me a new one the following week. Great experience.

I have been through the gamut Samsung, LG, etc. and now I am back with the most reliable, and best quality refrigerator on the market today. This model is the most versatile and the most reliable one I have ever owned. I did wait till it was on sale, but even at the regular price it was worth it. As an aside, I have a 1997 Kitchen Aid in my exercise room that is still going strong. Cut to the chase and buy Kitchen Aid.
