Sadly, the two drawers (freezer and middle) are misaligned. Still waiting for replacement parts. For a higher-end (and more expensive) product, I would have expected better quality. If the doors were aligned, I’d rate this as 5 stars.

We won't buy an appliance from Best Buy again for that reason. When it was finally delivered, the two gentlemen made it within the time frame that was given. The ability to track where they were was a great thing so that we weren't tied to the house all day. When they got here, they went right to work, and it was great that the delivery group was able to hold up to what they said they would do. The refrigerator looks nice and is roomier than our old side-by-side.

We had an 8 year old LG that died, and LG only offered protracted service that would have taken many weeks. Research showed that LG is poor quality and KitchenAid is excellent, so we dumpted the LG and chose this KitchenAid
