Why can’t you call and get a responsible mgr rather than a lazy manager.

They canceled my scheduled delivery without informing me and rescheduled it for three days later. Their lack of professionalism and insensitivity to the food storage issue they created was unacceptable. Since I had moved out of my previous residence, I had no way to store my food. They promised to reimburse me for the spoiled food but later denied my claim. I will never do business with a company that disrespects its customers and shows little regard for their needs. Shame on you, Best Buy!

The ice maker leaks water into the refrigerator, requiring constant clean up. It’s an exhausting cycle of drying the inside of the fridge only to find puddles of water 20-30 minutes later. We called kitchen aid service over 2 weeks ago and nobody has been out to repair it yet. I even encountered a rude customer service rep on my second call. Would definitely not recommend this fridge, not worth the $2700 we paid.

NEVER HAVE BESTBUY INSTALL ANYTHING

Defective Refrigerator experience

I was told by your rep I would be credited back everything in 48 hours. I had to call again today because nothing has been done and was told they never processed it so it’s been a week and I can’t buy a refrigerator because of this error. I did receive some of my rewards back today but there are still some rewards that have not been credited back. This has been a disappointing experience. I shop a lot at Best Buy and am not sure if I will buy my refrigerator here because if this experience.
