We replaced our 6 month out of warranty kitchen aid 5 door refrigerator with the new and improved version. Gladly purchased the warranty this time around. Kitchen aid moved some components and deleted others. Much better engineering from our viewpoint. Best buy handled everything with professional courtesy and the delivery was seamless.

We love our new rerigerator. Lots of space. I wish that the shelves for the doors had different spacing as the bottom position for large containers doesn't leave much room for the next two shelves

This is huge on the inside and beautifully built. There is tons of storage space, and the 3 drawers in the freezer make it easy to keep things separate for easy retrieval. I have packed the middle drawer with drinks, which has been great for the hot summer. My kids just have to open one drawer and not stand with both doors open, looking for what they want to drink.

Sharp looking and great functionality! Hope it lasts as long as the last one did.

I only have a few days with it, but so far, I like it.

The KitchenAid KRMF536RPS is a beautifully engineered appliance for those who value both form and function in the kitchen. After 31 years with our previous refrigerator, we recently this model. It is ok, but not great. The icemaker barely freezes the water to make ice. We assume this is due to the icemaker being located in the refrigerator section instead of the freezer section. The ice cubes are small and wet to the touch (barely frozen). After waiting several weeks for delivery, our's was delivered with scratches on the front door and a broken shelf. We have been waiting weeks for BestBuy to find the replacement parts needed to fix it. Also, the dispenser in the door is a hassle to use. It is too small to fit a thermos and we are constantly having to toggle thru the options to select ice, crushed ice and water.

Love this fridge! The handles w/ the red caps on the end are my favorite part.

I purchased this refrigerator with delivery. Upon delivery the extra drawer had a scratch on the outside. Bestbuy quickly sent a replacement and everything has been great ever since. It runs pretty quiet for the most part. Every now and then it hums a bit louder, but nothing I cant deal with.

We’ve only had the refrigerator for a short time, however we’re very happy with the way it is working. High quality and well made. Much better than any refrigerator we’ve ever owned.

Needed a new fridge and wanted to go french door. Was looking for something in stainless steel, but the stainless steel models were backordered. So I ordered it in white and the ability to replace it with stainless steel panels was a home run. Now I can change the look of the kitchen whenever I want while utilizing the same unit.

Love the layout!! Loads of room, 3 levels in the freezer a plus. Makes plenty of ice. Happy that we selected this model.

It was back ordered for over a month but it was soooo worth the wait. I love this refrigerator! Everyone who visits comments on the beauty and spaciousness. I would recommend this product to Anyone.

To be honest, We purchased the next model below this fridge and it died within 24 hours. We decided to move up to this model and I can honestly say that was a mistake. The middle draw is great for drinks but really limits the drawer space inside the main fridge section. On top of this the water dispenser on this model is horrible. Unless you have a large cup, the water is shot out side of the cup. 95% of all water we get from this fridge requires the use of a finger placed behind the glass to activate the rather stiff button. The ice maker is noisy and unrefined as well. The build quality of this fridge is on par with our LG fridge of equal size but nothing that stands out. I would NOT spend the money on this fridge but instead buy either its cheaper counterpart "Whirlpool" or look at another brand all together.

Replaced our Samsung Refrigerator with this one, and OMG what a major difference this was. Probably the absolute best refrigerator that we've ever had - highly recommended.

This is an amazing refrigerator. We've had it a little over a month and love it. The middle drawer is very handy and everything works great. I hope it lasts as long as my last one has, 15 years and still going.
