    Not what I expected for the Money I spent

    See in the blurb -- Hidden 3-speed slider controls make operation of the fan and lights simple. Lead me to believe that the $1700 range hood comes with a motor to operate. Instead I got the shell of the range hood and NO motor -- it is ordered separately at additional cost ($450). Disappointed as I didn't discover that until my contractor was about to install the range hood. Now it will be 2 more weeks before I get the motor. Best Buy could have added a link to order the motor to the original blurb so I could have made an informed decision whether or not to purchase.

    Quiet, powerful range hood

    The stainless steel range hood and exhaust vent between the range hood and the kitchen ceiling stand out in my remodeled kitchen. The fan is in the attic. The fan noise is minimal in the kitchen. I bought the 1200 CFM fan. The air movement out of the kitchen definitely pulls the cooking odors outside. The heat lamps are very warm. We added a stainless steel warming shelf to take advantage of the warming lights.

    Hood does NOT come with engine. Really overpriced for what you get. I don’t even understand why it has no engine other than you are able to choose... still get a different hood for the price
