This gas stove is a great range, and is very easy to use. I love the solid cast iron grates and the stainless steel is easy to clean. The oven racks are heavy duty.

So glad to be back to gas cooking. Heats fast and even very easy to control the temperature. Oven has lots of features which I anxious to try.

My experience with this product really deserves zero stars. Just had the second unit delivered (the control panel on the first unit didn't work). Thankfully, the control panel on the second unit worked. However, the actual oven did not. The "EasyConvect" bake fan did not function. Immediately got a "F8E0" error code. Brand New. Just unwrapped. Even had the vegetables cut for a nice meal. Really wanted this relationship to work out, but I'm leaving you KitchenAid.

I’ve had 5 really dangerous gas leaks with this stove in less than 6 months. The knobs are very sensitive some more than others. U could be just standing by it and the knob will turn and starts releasing gas. Or just cleaning it and it happens again! I called the customer service, they send the technicians who agree that some knobs are wait lighter than the others but that’s just how the design is! Talk about a poor design! We don’t have small kids but we considered buying the knob guards. It’s impossible because no knob guard in the market will fit the design.
I feel so bad because that was really a splurge for me. We never had a problem with a gas stove before. Now it feels like we bought a hazard. The amount of time we go back and forth to check it is ridiculous!
