This stove is larger inside and the burners on the top cook everything quickly. Glass door is large and easy to see thru.

Other than the dent of 1 inch on oven panel which is visible, and a 30 dollar credit (which is not enough) the system works great, heats fast. It’s very easy to accidentky turn on, if you just walk by the unit, when this is done it does not automatically kick in the ignitor which can cause the room to fill up with gas. The switches are a bad design for this. Please pass this message to your product safely team. Will be happy to send video. Would appreciate a like replacement of the same price range. My concern is that my kids will accidentally brish up against unit triggering an accidental on, when the igniters ont engaging. Again, I know your a third party marketing firm, please forward to Best Buy consumer safety division. Regards. JH

I purchased this oven in may of 2023. Here we are 5 days before thanksgiving and it stops working, I’ve only had the product for 6 months. I’m very disappointed in kitchen aid - the part that needed to be replaced was on back order because I’m sure they are defective.. the worst part was the customer service through kitchen aid.. kitchen aid was horrible and rude, I couldn’t speak to a supervisor and was even hung up on. I wouldn’t recommend this oven.

Doesn’t work well, smells, plastic burning on top of door WHY WOULD YOU PUT PLASTIC STRIP ON THE TOP OF THE OVEN DOOR?
SELF CLEANING DOESN’T CLEAN. AND OVEN TURNS ITSELF ON BY ITSELF. NOT KIDDING YOU ON ANY OF THIS.
Had a kitchen aid oven 2007 model was wonderful so I bought another. $2,000 for junk.
I wouldn’t recommend this to an enemy.
Best Buy should come get it

It's a pretty stove, but I wouldn't recommend it. I have to constantly calibrate it, and the auto steam clean is a joke. I actually prefer my old Kenmore stove which was a fraction of the price.

Really disappointed with my first major appliance from KitchenAid. The first one had to be replaced because of a defective switch. That was my first red flag. After another two weeks without an appliance, then the replacement trips the breaker every time you use the bake function. I have tried three different outlets on 3 different fuses and it keeps tripping the breaker. Once I reset the breaker then it works. I thought I was smart to sign up for Geek Squad and all they told me was they will not come out and that I have to go through KitchenAide (Whirlpool) since it is under warranty. Thats the last time I sign-up for Geek Squad and the last time I buy a major appliance from KitchenAide. On hold for 30 minutes now trying to get service.
