  • Stove Burners Great, oven not so much.

    Ovens didn't work at all. Never reach operating temperature. Just "preheat" for over an hour without functioning. Kitchenaid sent warranty service tech (a Sears repairman) who talked with his office and tech department for over an hour with the stove disassembled. None of them could agree on the proper wiring diagram associated with the mother board in the stove in my kitchen. They gave up. and scheduled another service call for 10 days later . I called Best Buy tech. and they were very helpful They agreed that it must be the motherboard (user interface control board) and said they would have one overnighted to me and a technician to install it in three days. Motherboard didn't arrive so not sure what will happen next. This product is not adequately supported by manufacture warranty / tech support
