Doesn’t heat correctly

Replaced the breaker as suggested but still won’t work. I have to wait over a week to get a service tech out. Not what I was hoping for from a kitchenaid.

The door on the bottom has very limited space and feels very cheap. The top marks up so bad with any spill. I had a GE for 10 years and I regret replacing it.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I originally had a Samsung oven but decided to get rid of it due to noise and uneven heating. I decided to go with this KitchenAid oven because of its attractive design and good reviews. A couple things i'd like to mention would be the storage drawer feels cheap and flimsy. Not a big deal considering i wouldn't be using it much. Another thing is the control knobs are cheap plastic i expected better especially since my much cheaper Samsung had metal knobs. The touch pad is not glass touch like i thought so you have to push the buttons kind of firmly. The oven was delivered with a dent on the door. Best Buy is taking care of it but it's still a pain to deal with. I do like the big viewing area the door offers. I did get the Geek Squad 3 yr warranty. I definitely recommend it they're very helpful with any problem you may be having.

Luckily we were able to exchange for another one a week later that was delivered in good condition. Thank you Best Buy for that. However this model does not warm up to proper temperature. Set oven to 450 degrees, and it only preheats to 415, even after 35 minutes. Would not recommend this model

The whole appliance gets so hot when you use the oven. I would highly discourage people with children in their home, from buying this product. This is the 2nd Kitchen Aid stove I’ve purchased due to moving, my last stove with the double oven was much better quality than this stove… very dissatisfied
