Love my Kitchen Aid Range! Lots of room inside! Looks nice!

We have used the stove and oven several times. We love how quiet and easy it is to use.

Within the first week, the top seal of the over door is warped and let’s put a huge portion of the heat. This is making it so nothing cooks as well obviously.

A very nice looking range with a large glass front. KitchenAid seems to have a better look for 2024 than LG or GE. The range was easy to install and the installation team was able to do this easily. It replaced an old LG that just expired. Using the stove feature is very simply, although it take a little practice to get the feel of the new dials for the stove which simply say H M and L with no numbers. I like the easy of the dial and the range is very responsive to the up and down controlling knobs. The oven does have a burn off for the new heat elements, but after one or two uses that was not a problem, Just know that the first time you use it you will need to ventilate the kitchen. This is true for all knew electric ovens in my experience. The true test of any range is how long the electronics last, so come back to me in a few years and I will let you know if it lasts longer than LG and GE which are lower priced models for a reason.

We ordered this stove in November and it took a month to get it delivered. Best Buy needs to up their game on communication. I had a ton of trouble just getting through to talk to someone. But we love the stove itself. Looks awesome, easy to understand and use. We have cooked with it a dozen times or so since getting it. Be prepared if you haven't used a smooth glass top stove before. Cleaning can be a chore, but love it.

After returning two of these due to damage, the third was ok, however where chopping anything like hamburger in a pan, it squeaks horribly. The drawer in the bottom is very small and it cooks slowly. I should have went with a different brand after the KitchenAid dishwasher we had, in less than a yr, had a rotten heater element that leaked and soaked our basement ceiling. The repairman stated there were so many of these going bad, KitchenAid sent them a bunch. Contacted KitchenAid, they just say call for repair. It was installed by deliver person and was checked for being level.

I would rate this a five star but for two things. The the line on the dials that control the stovetop elements are difficult to see in low light conditions so it is hard to adjust the temperature. The second is that the overall controls are hard to see if a microwave is wall mounted above. Otherwise, this stove is great!

Our new stove arrived a few days ago and we've made 3 meals on it since it arrived. So far, seems like a great purchase for this price point. It is a great looking stove with a lot of high quality design features that will compliment a kitchen as many homeowners desire these days. Also, it has a great mix of easy to use features and the upgraded features that come with the step up in price from the more basic models. This will be our first convection oven, a feature we've yet to use at the time of this review, and I'm interested to see what a difference that will be over our past cooking/baking experiences. I can say to date that the stove top and oven seem to provide and maintain a much more consistent cooking temperature than the unit it replaced. All in all, we've had the stove for 3 days and so far so good!

Iam so glad we bought this stove it works great and the price was excellent. The next appliance we need we will definitely shop at best buy. If and when we need any electronics the first plaxe we will looj is best buy. Thank you for the professionalism and gret product's

We’ve had this stove for about a year and a half. So I can make an honest review. It is a good looking stove and cleans up easy! Still looks like new and we use it daily. Haven’t had any issues at all with it. The oven is big, heats up quickly and works perfectly. The burners are nice with different sizes, even for our big pots and pans. We get so many compliments of how nice it is. Love the keep warm top and oven setting! Never had an issue with KitchenAid.

Delivery was absolute fantastic! I am proud of Best Buy and their Geek Squad: the three guys (they delivered today March 27, 2021) were awesome: friendly and professional! Chase even turned the pre-burning on (for brand new ovens in order to eliminate the protective coating that comes from the factory), he set up the cooking time (20 min.), and even set up the clock for us. I did not have to ask. Before he left, he made sure all was good and asked if I had any questions. Oh, delivery was even earlier than they had scheduled (time wise), which was great! Range looks: It is like a Cadillac in your kitchen! Absolutely gorgeous. So far I love all the buttons, controls, and handling. Will try the oven and other features later and post a review. P.S.: Cooktop is shiny, glassy, black... So, it will be a pain to keep it clean! But all other new/modern ceramic tops are the same: they do make our old Kenmore and GE which was much more resistant and easier to clean and keep clean: so, since this is our 2nd new stove. I will not complain about that! Drawer: It is smaller than your usual older models, which was huge and sturdy! I can only store 4-5 flat cookie sheet type or that you can put one inside the other. BUT at least this drawer opens all the way! Other brand models, did not do that. Price: It is the lowest price you will ever pay for a Kitchenaid range! But still comes with all bells and whistles: bread proofing, self-cleaning (aqualift - no chemicals), convection, etc.

The model that was sent to me was scratched, so I have a replacement coming. I have only used the cooktop portion, and it cooks a lot quicker than my last stove. I cannot review the oven portion because I have not used it yet. One downfall is that the cooktop shows dust quickly - no matter how many times I clean it. My next challenge is getting use to the alignment dots everywhere. It's new, and I'm still adjusting.

I love this range!!! It is the best range I have ever owned. Cooks food to perfection. Very easy to use, and has a lot of nice options. Has a very large oven which is a bonus to me. The three racks gives you so many options for cooking multiple items at once. The stove top is easy to keep clean, have had smooth top stoves that was not as easy to clean, can tell this is a high quality range.

I love this kitchen aid range and the fact that it has the cool clean that prevents all of the harmful fumes when cleaning the oven.

Very easy to use. Looks great. Easy install. Love the convection oven

The oven is very noisy while preheating. The timer makes one soft beep when done and doesn't repeat for a long time. Since I never hear it, this feature is unusable. Though it sounded like a great idea, the Aqua-lift cleaning cycle is horrible. It doesn't come close to cleaning and is very messy. Glass top doesn't come clean even with scraping and using special cleaner.

KitchenAid Self Cleaning Range is very nice looking clean and sparkling. Burners and oven work great heating excellent. Have not tried the self cleaning yet. Do not like the limited space in the bottom drawer as it does not fit much height wise because the oven coils are underneath a trade off for the steam clean feature. Mostly I am very pleased with this purchase.

Love the stove. Oven very spacious. Timer is VERY weak and doesn’t beep continuously. Cooktop needs to be cleaned very well or it looks streaked. Wish it had a warming drawer. But it functions well and happy with performance
