Customers are satisfied with the oven's size, ease of use, and design, frequently praising its appearance and quality. Many appreciate the range's features and find it attractive, enhancing their kitchen's aesthetic. However, some customers expressed concerns about the timer's quiet sound and the glass top's susceptibility to smudges and scratches. A few also noted that the stainless steel felt thinner than expected.

This Kitchenaid replaced an LG, which only lasted 2 years. It seems to be a much better quality unit so far. It looks great and does a good job cooking my food. Would definitely recommend this range.

This Kitchen Aid electric range is feature loaded to include a selectable Convection cooking mode and unique interior Cleaning system that uses water/steam to remove baked-on food. There are four main cooking surface areas, two of which have dual-ring elements to match cookware used. A fifth element is provided for a warming surface. The interior is larger than average and is viewable through a large window. The black-stainless finish is very elegant in appearance. Best-Buy provide a price that could not be beat by other retailers.

Instructions for use are easy to follow. Have yet to use convection settings or to use self-cleaning feature. KitchenAid is known for quality appliances. We already have a KitchenAid black stainless refrigerator and love it.

... this is a poorly performing oven.
This stove is cheaply made and does not perform well. I had a Whirlpool (same parent company) from 2007 in the same price point. This Kitchenaid replaced that one.
Since then the cost cutting is become very clear.
1. The door, for example does not have any insulation and is only an inch thick in some places. the stove now heats up the kitchen tremendously and you cannot even touch the door surface.
2. The displays and switches have gone from touch screen like responsiveness to plastic that you have to push very hard to activate.
3. The interior of the oven will become ruined and discolored (see picture) if you use any type of spray oven cleaner. The older ovens had ceramic coating to prevent this. HOW CAN YOU MAKE AN OVEN SO CHEAPLY THAT CANNOT EVEN BE CLEANED WITH THE PRODUCT MADE TO CLEAN IT?
4. The powerful convection fan in older models has been replaced with a tiny motor you can barely hear running and it does not even move any air in the oven space.
Some other reasons you SHOULD NOT BUY this oven - The timer has been replaced and only beeps once for half a second to notify you the time is up.
The oven fluctuates +/-30 degrees of the desired temperature, but tends to always undercook things.
The ergonomics are also poor. The back burners are pushed very far back and the pans placed there almost hit the back panel
So, please look elsewhere for a new oven. Do not be fooled by the spec sheet. A 6.4 cubic foot interior means nothing if it preforms poorly!

Very nice Range, I like the look of the KitchenAid. I have not had a convection range before and and am learning how to use the convection part. It seems to tale a long time for the oven to preheat, as I had a double over before this and the preheat time was much quicker.

Easy to control. Glass Top heats fast and cooks evenly. Oven heats accurately and bakes beautifully. Oven seals well and has very little heat seepage. Very happy with this purchase and would recommend the product. Only draw back is quiet timer signal.

So far so good. Naturally you have to be careful using the glass top and properly clean, not to let stains continue to cook.
I use cast iron skillets without issue, but being careful in the process. We use cleaners specific for glass cook tops after each use. If you let stains/spills sit and then cook again without cleaning it becomes much harder to remove. The steam cleaning option works okay, not as well as I expected, but it works. The cooking elements are sized very well. The convection fan is quiet.
My only complaint is that the bottom storage drawer is small, not as concerned with the height but the depth, my pizza stone doesn't lay flat and the drawer seems a little "flimsy" compared to the rest of the range.

I love the look and love the performance of this range. The only reason I am giving less than five stars is because I haven't yet used the self-clean option and don't know how well that works.

Love the look of this stove. Still getting use to using convection oven. Only draw back when using the easy convect, you have to set the timer and when the timer goes off the oven shuts off. Well, if your food isn't quite done, you have to go through the whole process of resetting it and by that time, the temp has already dropped considerably.

Really happy with the purchase of this range. Great designs, love the third rack that other companies don’t include. Lots of great features, only complaint is the glass cooktop gets hazy after use, and regular cleaning doesn’t leave it shiny, have to use cleaner to bring it back to its full shine

I need to use the KitchenAid range more to have a to have a truly honest review, but the quality appears to be good and I've always been happy with Kitchen Aid applicances.

This unit has a wide variety of stove top burner sizes. The oven area is spacious and the hidden lower cooking element provides for easy cleaning. The preheat time is longer than expected and when using the "Easy Convect" mode, the cook time entered counts down while preheating is in progress. (If the cook time is 20 minutes and preheating takes 15 minutes, the oven turns off 5 minutes of cooking). The storage compartment is very shallow and doesn't provide ample storage space.

It is a nice looking stove range. Based on my experience it is important to note that the top get hot when the oven is on, it takes a while for the oven to heat up, touch buttons are not sensitive enough and there isn't much room in the bottom drawer. Overall, things I read on some of the reviews. On the flip side, the nobs are not cheap plastic and give the unit a sharp look, great features when it comes to baking, convection oven and single and dual heating elements depending on the size of the pot you are using.

I bought this range on a whim when seeing a discounted scratch and dent model in the store. I'm absolutely in love with the oven, both space and convection. This is my first convection oven and it's been easy to use. I would give the range 4 stars. The burners are great, they heat up quickly, but the cook top is hard to keep clean. I cook often with cast iron, and even while being extremely careful, the cooktop was scratched within a week.
