I LOVE our new stove! It is beautiful and easy to use.

We love this product! Nice large oven and storage drawer, too. Stove top works perfectly. Option knobs give more options.

This range is a nice step up from the Whirlpool it replaced (the control module Bake function malfunctioned on Thanksgiving). We've had it now for a few days and already feel good about the purchase. The steps needed to function baking are more simple. The cooktop is easier to clean (I already made a mess but it cleaned up perfectly). The installers didn't want to follow the instructions concerning wiring a 4-wire power cord, which on page 12 of the mfr instructions it states "Part of the ground strap must be cut out and removed." I argued with the Best Buy installer but he refused to follow these instructions saying it needn't be done that way. No matter what I told him he refused the instructions by the manufacturer. So after he left I pulled out the range and rewired the connection properly from the instruction manual that came with the product. When I contacted KitchenAid about this issue they stated "It concerns me to hear that your range was delivered and installed by Best Buy." The first delivery of the product I had to reject because the "installers" broke the storage drawer. And this 2nd delivery they didn't want to wire it to spec! Trouble is the warranty specifically states, under What Is Not Covered, "Repair to correct Improper maintenance, installation not in accordance with installation instructions . . . ." Best Buy needs to vet their installers; they really are just delivery drivers. I give them zero stars for the installation.

Out of the box, this stove and oven is incredibly easy to use. Very functional, clean design. Looks sharp!

This stove made me struggle a lot for 4 years. First of all from the top it started going stained within the first week and it didn’t matter how well taken care of I had it and treat it. Than a couple of months later within less then the first year the right front burner started malfunctioning it would heat extremely making the pot burned within seconds i called best buy they fixed it. Well like 3 months later the left front side burner did the exact same thing but worst since it was the biggest burner it would get extremly hot I called again and they came once again and supposbly fixed it well it only lasted like 2 more months amd same thing happend again it would get crazy extremly hot one again everytime well for some reason I didn’t called anymore and just kept it like that just using the other 3 burners wich made it very difficult because the smallest burners bearly got hoy enough. Well after 4 long years with that piece of garbage since from the top it is very small you can only fit 2 pots ok the fronts and that’t it no more space for nothing else. Well We finally switched from electric to Natural Gas and Oh Man! The difference it’s huge buy only this time I went with a Dacor Gas range stove. If you take a look at the Dacor Gas range 30’ you’ll see my current reviews. I hope this experience helps in making the decision to which stove you decide to buy.

Very pleased with the oven capacity ( really like having the third rack); top cleans easily; great to have the dual burners which expands your cooking options; sleek and easy to clean.

Good range so far. Would like the storage draw to be made better and if possible deeper.

OMG WOW I love everything about this new stove. KITCHEN AID really made a great stove. IT HAS STEAM CLEANING FEATURE in the oven And I have used it once and man does it clean it up like new every time. Make sure if you do not have a water filter on your kitchen sick faucet to get one because I let TAP water boil over and it has left a hard water stain on one of the burners that I cannot get it to come off. You cannot see it until you look down and have the lights on bright. I have tried to get it off with all the professional cleaners and tools that came with it so may have to call the company. Thats my only negative remark use only FILTERED TYPE WATER to clean or cook with.

Great looking oven. The aqua cleaning feature is not the greatest. I like the oven but is was pretty pricey given what it can do.

Less than 1 week but so far I LOVE this range! That said, I didn't love the GeekSquad installation. Please be aware that you should make sure they LEVEL the range before they leave! My range was completely unlevel, which was clear when I tried to fry some eggs and they all ended up in the corner of the pan. Ughh, also, because it was not level, one of my cabinets couldn't clear the corner of the oven and they claimed that couldn't be fixed. I knew I could fix it so I had them leave it anyway and then fixed it all myself. I shouldn't have had to pay for installation for that.

I replaced my Kitchen Aid stove that I had for 18 years. It worked but started to slow down a little. I decided to stay with Kitchen Aid. I love it. The only thing I miss is the extra storage space at the bottom. It still has storage space but it is smaller than my previous stove. However, the size of the oven itself more than makes up for that. I love it!

Product is working very well and happy with all of the features. I also chose delivery on this item. I had a new cord to put on the range but they were not able to install it because they did not supply the wire. They just dropped in the kitchen floor and I installed the cord. Then I moved in to place between the cabinets.

Updated review....We still love the stove after a month. It does what a stove is supposed to. Still the only thing that we dislike is the glass top is hard to clean sometimes. Takes a little elbow grease. But it looks great and works just fine.

Purchased at a amazing sale price & discount! Oven was delivered when stated. Delivery guys were kind, courteous, and professional. Love my new range!

Love the electric convection oven. Like the fact that it has a stainless control panel also. Many other stainless ranges have all black control panel. Coming from a gas range, am having a difficult time adjusting to the electric glass top burners. Overall nice stove with lots of features.

Had the stove a couple of weeks. It is working great. The only thing that I would complaint about is the timer ring is too quiet. Love everything about it. But liked my last stove which was an LG, and it only lasted 9 months. I will update this review if it changes.

MY RANGE FUNCTIONED WELL. BUT WAS DELIVERED HAVING DAMAGE TO THE SIDE PANELS. LOOKED LIKE SOMETHING CLAMPED TO EACH SIDE OF RANGE AND PUT MAJOR DENTS IN SIDE PANELS. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH BEST BUY ON NOT PROVIDING A REPLACEMENT. WAS TOLD RANGE IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE, EVEN THOUGH MANUFACTURE HAS IT AVAILABLE. WAITED SO LONG FOR MY RANGE, ONLY TO BE TOLD SORRY. BEST BUY HAS REIMBURSED ME,NO PROBLEM THERE. I EXCEPTED MORE DILIGENCE IN GETTING THE PRODUCT I WANTED.

I've had this Electric Range for nearly two years. The features of this range are high-end and very user friendly. We truly appreciate the glass-top, window within the oven door and the "convection cook" option. Our biggest let-down was the self clean feature that uses distilled water at a moderate temp; it does NOT get the oven clean! I simply miss our previous oven self-clean which simply heated the oven to 500 degrees for 3-4 hours, leaving the worst spills reduced to powder-ash. This ovens self clean is not effective and leaves us no choice but to use the tried/true spray-on oven cleaners, followed by some light physical labor!

The stove is very nice and the service people who installed it were excellent. They arrived on time, installed the range without making a mess or causing any damage. They also explained how to operate the range.
