I am very happy with the range. It is very nice and gives me all the options that I need to cook anything I choose. I am really struggling, however, to learn how to use it. There was not operations manual...just one sheet of paper telling me how to clean the oven. I need a instructions on how to use the covection heat, and how the burners work best as some of them are multiple sizes. I have looked online...couldn't find one. I have looked on YouTube...saw a couple videos. WHY is there no instruction manual???

Replaced a samsung that was only a few years old this ranger is awesome bake so evenly i love it

So far no complaints. Love how big the glass is you can actually see inside. Love the black stainless, doesn’t show fingerprints. Wasn’t sure if I would since it is so much darker. Dual controls on burner great. The top is my only complaint, but our last stove was the same. Wish they were easier to clean. Overall we are very happy, specially since we have two big burners in front.

Cool awesome in conv oven looks great and does it job nicely

I bought this model because it matches other appliances in my kitchen. Other than the black surface top and having to remove the stability bracket to get the stove flush with the counters., the stove and oven are great. It’s a nice step up from my old oven.

The surface burners heat up immediately. I use and like the two burners in the front that can be used either as small or large burners. The large window into the oven provides an excellent view. I haven't noticed a big difference in cooking with convection vs normal baking, but it is still early for me. Overall, I am very happy with the functionality and look of the stove.

I love this stove! We don’t use the oven part, but we use the stove top constantly. It’s fabulous! I haven’t over cooked any eggs or burned anything. It cooks evenly and I can’t say enough nice things about it! It is a little easy to scratch, be careful what you place on the top, but that’s no different then any glass top stove.

I bought this range stove to replace an old whirlpool stove. I have previously owned kitchenaid and have always been pleased with the quality. I am delighted to have this convection oven. It bakes evenly and also the burners turn on fast. The glass top I clean with recommended stovetop detergent recommended at Best Buy. It cleans it well and also leaves it shiny.

Very nice range and does all that I need it to. It looks very nice in my kitchen as well.

Operation of this unit is quite easy once you have read the directions and taken the time to learn all the things you can do with the oven and stove elements. Cleaning seems to be the challenge as it tells you to completely clean after each use and that can be time consuming at times.

Brought a Kitchenaid stove right before Thanksgiving as my other stove had stopped working.The Kithenaid stove helped me to make a very moist and tender turkey. The salesperson was very helful in getting me the stove in time for the holiday.Every dish I made from pies to vegetable dishes were perfectly done from the Kitchenaid stove.

I love the warmer and the adjustable pan sizes! It warms ups so quickly, we can cook faster. Its a very nice looking range too! We bought with matching convection microwave and have used that more than the oven. This is great quality! Many thanks to Roderick for helping us get exactly what we wanted!

Stove top Cooks very quick with dual burners. @ first I wasn’t aware about the burners. What I didn’t like was how small back & front burners images was .

The controls "off" spot is hard to see. You really have to feel the bump to be sure it is off. The top is not smooth as my old stove. It has tactile feel areas not where the burners are. Cleaning cream get " left behind " in the non smooth areas. The lower storage drawer is lower ( only fits 2 frying pans ans few lids) than most as it has a bigger oven. There is no handle on it so expect a lot of finger prints where you have to " reach in" above the space with your fingers to open it. It also is a bit flimsy.

Bought this for my parents as a Christmas gift. They were very impressed with the features and especially the size of the oven. Having three oven racks will also be a plus around the holidays when my mother bakes pies for the family.

I love that it heats up really fast. I wish the glass top wasn't so sensitive to scratching. Just have to be careful.

Love the bigger oven and the larger glass area on the oven door. The controls are very easy to use and keep you informed of the current temp when preheating. The top burners heat up so much faster than my old GE did. Haven't tried the convection oven yet, but have a feeling I will love it when I do.
