    Stove/oven looks great in our kitchen. Had a little issue with the install but the guys worked with me and turned out great. It was a little strange because it was delivered in a pick up truck and it was hand carried into my home.

    Loved my JennAir for 17yrs, so this is quite equivalent to it. My only con is the burners being different sizes, which makes my cooking difficult at times.

    Stove Sits Broken & Uninstalled

    Door shattered during installation. Replaced all my kitchen appliances. Best Buy sent a Team out to measure. Then from the moment appliances were delivered the excuses started. 1st the flooring had to be cut (but they dont do that) 2nd the venting was wrong so now major holes in the florring had to be cut ( but they dont that) 3rd the electrucal requires a plug vs. being hardwired. Yep you guessed it (they don't do that). All that manages to happen 4th the stove doesn't fit within the island opening so now I'm cutting countertops. (they don't do that). Homeowner cuts counters they go to slide the stove in .... the oven door shatters. I can't actually revie the stove because its just sitting half installed. I can review Best Buy and they clearly SUCK at pre-measurements and installs!!

    Missing Most Important Part

    We bought this for our new house that we were remodeling and unfortunately we weren't able to install it until after our new floors were installed. Once we attempted to install it, it became clear that the most important piece was missing - the piece that allows you to install the downdraft ventilation system. Without the downdraft system we have no way to vent it which means we would have to install a hood range, which would cost thousands of dollars - likely equal to the cost of simply purchasing another downdraft stove. Since more than two weeks had passed, it's no longer returnable. We didn't realize that we might simply be missing whole pieces of the appliance that rendered it useless. Huge waste of money. So disappointing.

    Only had the stove a few weeks but so far so good. It's not the most aesthetically pleasing stove and doesn't have some of the flashier features like being a Smart stove but given the fact we had very little choice (needed down draft slide in) this stove is doing the job fine so far. Oven seems like maybe it's a tad slow to preheat but the accuracy of the temps seems right on. The stove top burners are great and are a joy to cook on.

    Best Buy is the worst company ever and I will never buy anything from them ever again. We bought this range on 11.11.20 and it is 12.25.20 and it has not been installed. We have had EIGHT installation appointments and the tech never shows up so we call Best Buy, they apologize and reschedule, and then the tech never shows up and the cycle starts all over again. Buying this range was the biggest mistake I made in 2020. I had no range for thanksgiving or Christmas cooking. I have spoken to 10 employees. I have had 8 no show installation appointments. I have missed work spending hours on the phone trying to get this fixed. This company makes me sick.

    I am very disappointed in this open box purchase. The unit is nice- no dings but the blower motor kit is missing. There was no way for us to know or check it out and now we can't return it. This is a $300 kit. I do not feel this is in line with the price we paid.

    Delivery and installation are terrible

    BestBuy used MegaBrothers for delivery and installation. In short, they SUCK!!! Another guy came out 2 days later after we complained, but he did not bring the missing parts and has not returned or replied to our messages in 5 days. How do we get BestBuy to complete our installations of 2 KitchenAid dual fuel, downdraft ranges??? Whoever reads this should be aware of the tremendous lack of customer appreciation exhibited by BestBuy!!! We continue to complain, but nobody at this company is interested in completing our installation - after we paid >$7,000.

    Oven has never worked: KitchenAid runaround

    It might be good if it ever works. The oven has never worked and the part that the service center says is needed is on indefinite backorder, leaving me in the lurch for the upcoming holidays. My $4500 range is useless as an oven, and the KitchenAid response has been terrible. BestBuy also unable to help since it's under mfr. warranty.
