    I bought this to replace the Kitchen Aid Mixer we got for a wedding gift in 1983. My wife doesn't want a new one because "there isn't anything wrong with the one I have". I'll save it for a wedding gift for my future daughter in law.... A lifetime appliance.

    I made a double batch of chocolate cookies all at once! The Kitchenaid mixer had no trouble mixing and beating the ingredients. I have the smaller Kitchenaid Tilt Head mixer, and I can only do one batch at a time or the motor stalls out and I must power up and down to get it to mix the dough.

    Most professional mixer you can buy under $500, period. Most of the attachments work well and are useful. I prefer the glass bowl over metal.

    I own a kitchen aid myself and my daughter use it all the time and she love it. I am surpring her with one and best buy was nice to find me my daughter favorite color and place my order and save shipment fees by picking it up at there store

    So I’ve grown up with the Kitchenaids and couldn’t wait to add this one to my new house. The glass bowl is the best part about this package! No chipping, no grime, it’s great! Unfortunately, the attachments are a complete joke. The instructions say dishwasher safe, they are not. My husband trying to be helpful washed them and they corroded after one wash. Now I can’t find the replacement mixer or whisk anywhere...
