    After purchase in Dec 2023 it stopped working in Sep 2025 before completing its 2nd anniversary. On contacting manufacturer after 72 mins of call waiting , came to know that have to call another number for factory repair and average wait time was again more then hour. have to pay $ 35 to ship the product back then repair would be near $150 which is additional. extreme poor services post purchase. only 20 service center in entire USA. For factory repair turnaround time is 5 to 6 weeks. Extremely frustrating.

    Overall a great mixer but needed something with more power. Didn't realize how important the wattage was making breads or dough recipes. Can handle making a batch but you can feel how hot the motor gets when done. May need to upgrade to something more powerful but should do the job perfectly for cookies, icing, etc...

    We have used these for years, and almost never have any issues with them. On the rare occasion we did, Kitchenaid sent another one out in less than a week.
