Extreme poor services post purchase

On contacting manufacturer after 72 mins of call waiting , came to know that have to call another number for factory repair and average wait time was again more then hour. have to pay $ 35 to ship the product back then repair would be near $150 which is additional. extreme poor services post purchase. only 20 service center in entire USA. For factory repair turnaround time is 5 to 6 weeks. Extremely frustrating.

I made the mistake of having it shipped to my daughter: it’s hers now and she loves it. I watched her use it for all her Holiday baking. Her kitchen counter space is at a premium but I noticed she’s managed to find a place for it. NO surprise: this is just a quality item!
