    Straight out of the box brand new to make Santa’s cookies and it started humming and would not spin. Never will buy another again. Returned it and Best Buy said they couldn’t swap it because they were sold out, I said okay how about we order one and do a swap then when it comes in? Nope I’m not showing any anywhere and not sure when they’re selling again. So I gave up with it. Got my money back and that was that. Wife was sad

    after a couple of months it is slipping when I'm mixing anything. I've had kitchenmaid mixers for 20 years and this is the worst one yet!

    literally would not turn off the first time it was used. Had to unplug it to stop it. Quality control problem.
