    The motor head shakes A lot while kneading dough. Not sure if all mixers are like this. I adjusted the screw under the motor head, but the shaking was not improved much.

    Received a great discount at Best Buy! Only problem was a lining in the metal bowl from the company that needs to be scrubbed out with baking soda or some strong cleaner. If not, there will be gray stuff in your food.

    The tip up feature of the Artisan model was the reason for purchasing. It allows for easier removal of the bowl and switching of attachments. Has less power than older model but seems adequate for our use.
