I feel cheated. This item went on sale 2 weeks after purchase for almost half the price. Additionally when kneading bread dough it needs to be watched and held down as it tries to pivot up.

Never had a fancy mixer before but this one is amazing

Love how quiet it is, as well as how efficient it is.

It might be ok for normal cake but when I did bread dough, the engine was so hot that I got burnt.

This is my second kitchen aid mixer. I have had my original mixer for 8+ years. Still works great! Trusted brand at a great price which was $150 or so off.

Yes, they're expensive, but there's a reason KitchenAid mixers are so coveted. This model has a glass bowl, which is great to be able to see the dough/batter/etc. as it's being mixed.

This mixer is awesome. It mixed things very quickly.

Very excellent item ,you can use in multifunctions

Everything works good but when I opened it the pouring shield was broke. Don't even know where to start to let someone know that and to get a new one.

The first was scratched up so they replaced it. But the new one is just as described. Strong motor and working fine so far.

I gave it a low rating because initially when I had bought this it was delivered to my elderly neighbor across the street. Contacted best buy that I had not received any package, they were quick to respond and send a new one. A couple days later, I received a note from my neighbor's caretaker that there was a package for me. Cancelled the new replacement order. That being said, that experience was not pleasant. As for the mixer itself, for the price it is not worth the hype. It simply does not mix my ingredients well (always have to use a spatula to move the bottom ingredients). I barely use it, it's like a big bulky dinosaur on my kitchen countertop that reminds me I spent almost 300 on crap. I often opt out for the whisk and a regular kitchen bowl because it's faster than having to deal with unmixed mixtures and then cleaning a lot of pieces. Don't choose boysenberry, I don't know what I was thinking! Not close to a maroon color or any other shade of purple. It will stick out in your kitchen like a sore thumb. The only good use left would be to get accessory attachments but I'm sure I can find more reliable products that would function the same at a lower cost.

Not 5 stars just because some of the dry ingredients doesn't mix at the bottom. Besides that, it's worth every penny.

Picked up the mixer to make my traditional cookies. Typically used my bare hands to mix everything but as age collects I need more assistance. While the mixer did do its job of mixing, the bowl was too small for my needs and had to return it. Was quite sad as it was a good looking/performing machine.

I love my mixer! The only issue is with the pourer. For some reason I can't get the pouring mechanism to work without creating a mess.

The best. Only thing keeping this from a 5 star is I would prefer that the bowl itself turned.
