Had a name brand convection toaster oven before that was just about to go out. Looked at many brands and read many reviews before deciding on this KitchenAid . Like the fact that it has a timer with minute marks so you can set it more accurately for toast and it cooks pretty evenly. The convection oven works great. Some people complain because you can hear the fan but that is not really very loud. The oven size inside is slightly larger than the one I had previously so it holds any of the pans made for a toaster oven. No trouble putting a 12" pizza in it. Haven't used both shelves at once yet but hope to soon. One of the shelves came in warped/bent but KitchenAid replaced it immediately. It does get a little warm around it but that has not been a problem. It is a nice compact size so that it sits on the counter and I still have space in front of it for dishes. Would recommend this little oven.

For those who have little space stay away this toaster is large. Also if you sit this toaster on your countertop and there is less than two feet from top of toaster to bottom of cabinet then you may burn/discolor the cabinet. This bad boy gets hot. Why they can not make a toaster that is not hot to touch on top and sides is a head scratcher. I have owned 6 toasters of various makes and sizes and they all got super hot. For those of you though that cook for 1-3 people and want to stop wasting energy heating up your large oven on 90+ degree days just to cook 4 burgers, chicken breasts or a 12" pizza. This oven is perfect to cook all that and more while using way less energy.

I received this oven day before yesterday. It was well packed, arrived earlier than the estimated delivery time, and set up was very straightforward. However, there are a few things missing from the specs. The oven is compact on the inside. Counter space is at a premium in my small kitchen and finding a place to put it was more challenging than I had measured when I was considering the purchase. The instructions warn that the exterior of the oven heats up when in use. You are cautioned to leave 4 inches space open on all sides when using the oven. Four inches away from walls and any other objects. In addition, the cord is not quite 36 inches long and is mounted on the left side of the back of the oven about 1.5 inches from the left edge when looking at the back, so if your outlet is on the right side, you have about 18 inches of cord left to get to the outlet. If your outlet is directly behind the oven on the left side, and you place the oven 4 inches out from the wall, then I guess you are good to go. I've only used it for baking, and it did well, although I can tell I'm going to have to fine tune "preheat or not" depending on what I'm cooking. All in all, I think it will be a good little oven, but I wish I had known about the cord location before I decided where I wanted to place it, and then had to relocate a bunch of stuff when it actually arrived.

Love the toaster oven. Toasts great, cooks pizza and cookies and heats things well. I like the keep warm feature.

So easy to use and clean I would definitely recommend. I love all Kitchenaid products they are the best!!

All of my kitchen appliances are Kitchen Aid. It only made sense to get the same brand for my convection oven. I no longer have to turn on my large oven to bake cookies or pop in a frozen pizza. Perfect for a single person.

I love this toaster over it bakes evenly. I recommend it to my sister and one of my friend who already purchase it.

This is our second kitchen aid. Our first one was flawless after 10 years of usage. We remodeled our kitchen and replaced all appliances. We use it almost every day

So far so good. Haven't used it much yet, but satisfied with the results so far. Still getting used to how it cooks.

This oven has great heat control however it is being used: broil, toast, bake. Looks great in the kitchen also.

This is a awesome oven. Use it instead of stove large oven for warming. It is awesome way to warm Frozen food.

I purchased this for my mom as a replacement and she really loves it. I also own one that I purchased in 2011, it still works great
