I really like this toaster oven. When it is done cooking, it makes such a gentle beep sound. Not annoying at all. It is stylish and easy to do adjustments. Cooks everything perfectly. I got it because my roommate used big oven every day to cook hotdogs or pizza and whole apartment would get hot. But with this oven, even though it gets hot as well, it cools of very fast after cooking. It looks awesome, buttons are nice to press and just great all around. ))

Unit works well. Does not get too hot. Always starts a 30 minute timer once preheating is done. Didn’t look in the manual about changing that. Puts out a lot less heat than my big oven. Perfect for single meals.

the handle was broken after after 10 months. it works well, however it doesn't completely off after done and keep beeping until you hit Cancel.

I bought this as a gift for my dad. He loves it and uses it a lot. It's great for small meals or a pizza when you don't want to use the big oven. Also, it does not heat up the kitchen now that the weather is getting warmer. The main reason I bought this one is the size. Although the inside is plenty big (it can fit a 12" pizza easily), and bigger than my Kenmore Elite, the dimensions of the over are smaller than most of the similar ovens because the control panel is situated on the bottom, and not the side. This was important because of the space that was needed on the counter. Another plus, it heats up much faster than a conventional oven.

After trying the Cuisinart Digital Airfryer & burning literally everything from toast & heating up leftover pizza to baking fresh banana bread & Pillsbury cinnamon rolls, I went with this little gem. I was a little nervous when I saw how high these 2 rack levels were, but much to my relief all my favorites have turned out great! I love using this for small things instead of heating up the big oven. We had our last KitchenAid for 5 years before it started acting up; we’ve had this for about a month. Hoping for same great results!

We bought this oven about 6 weeks ago. Our main household oven quit on us and we had to order a new range. This little oven held us over until our new range arrived about a week later. This little oven heats up very quickly and works great. In fact, I use this little oven more than my newer, larger oven when I bake something for just me and my husband. I would recommend this product.

Actually Excellent minus, but too good for just Good. Definitely had to use the owner's manual quite a bit to get acquainted with this appliance, but am enjoying using it. I'd buy it again!

This is my "go to" oven at home when we don't want to run the full size oven to cook small meals. However, it takes care of most meal preparation with ease due to it's ample size and considerable power. During power outages here in South Florida we run a mid size power generator which has a hard time running a full size oven, but has no problem with the smaller unit so I can continue to prep meals even when running on auxiliary power during outages. Very happy with the quality of this unit.

I am absolutely thrilled with this oven. While I haven’t noticed a big difference on cooking time as compared to conventional, it preheats much faster and food comes out perfectly. I even managed to cook a steak from frozen and it came out mid rare. Delicious. I shopped around quite a bit before I bought this; I wanted to be able to fit a cake pan in the oven and it’s wide enough to handle one. I haven’t had the opportunity to try it yet.

We bought this after the oven in our rental stopped working efficiently. It has been the best thing we have purchased. We cook anything if not everything in there at less than half the time it would take the regular oven to heat up. Def recommend.

This counter-top oven, so far, has exceeded my expectations! It took me a few tries to get the hang of it, but I've been using it for everything ever since. Certainly beats using the full-size oven!! For my Fourth of July dinner, I made BBQ chicken breasts which turned out awesome. Last weekend, I broiled a top sirloin steak, which turned out a perfect medium. I love this KitchenAid Toaster Oven, and I think I purchased it at the right time.

So far it has worked perfectly. I love all the extra trays. The catching pan makes cleaning it easy. I like that you can change the settings for toasting in order to get the perfect result. My only complaint would be that the reheat option is too high. For example, when reheating pizza expect for the cheese to burn if you aren't watching it. Other than that I love it.

My 7 year old toaster oven failed recently and I replaced it with this KitchenAid. I was excited by the size (it's big), features and controls. However, on the first day of use my daughter tried to warm up some nacho chips and cheese (300 degrees) and it tripped the gfi receptacle. The next morning, I tried it on bagel toast mode and again it tripped the gfi within 2 minutes. We re-did our kitchen < 5 years ago and my FIL did all the wiring (he is a contractor, licensed electrician and code/zone guy so I know it's correct). He also insisted we get a U/L inspection approval for insurance reasons which we did. I know gfi switches can be tricky but this is the first time a kitchen outlet has been triggered. I know my table saw and compressor will trip the garage 20 amp gfi so I had to run a separate non-gfi line just to use my power tools). I can't do this in my kitchen for obvious reasons. So this glorious KitchenAid toaster oven had to go back in the box and be returned. Best Buy was super cool with the return process even during Covid. I was surprised I experienced this trouble with the KitchenAid as I read a good chunk of the reviews and didn't see this issue mentioned (I did see it mentioned in reviews for other brands). I was a bit bummed returning this product as it seemed like quality. I liked it for the 1 day I had it.

I love this oven. I have an older Cuisinart countertop oven that I have used for years, and I like this one just as well it is easy to set,comes with a timer, and can bake, broil, toast and keep items warm. Easy to clean which is another plus.
