I purchased a KitchenAid toaster with digital controls but it did not performed as expected. I returned it and purchase this model, works great!

I found this on clearance when at the store and just love it!! It is super deep, which was one thing I really needed in a toaster. It has a lift up lever though in case you make smaller items just raise the lever and it will bring it up to you. It cooks awesome, except for frozen items you will want to turn it up higher to get an even cook. I would highly recommend this to anyone needing a good toaster, especially if they need it for bigger items like bagels and larger toast or waffles.

After doing a good amount of online research I purchased this KitchenAid toaster as a gift for my sister. She loves it! It not only compliments her SS KA appliances, it’s also well made, has a very substantial feel to it, very good overall design appeal, and, most importantly, toasts bread evenly. Good value. Highly recommended.

This toaster is great. It cooks the toast evenly and fits neatly on the counter. The ability to hide the cord is a great feature.

After purchasing and returning two other toasters to replace one, I ordered this one based on reviews. The first two had only toasted bread on one side, among other issues. This KitchenAid 2-Slice Toaster works exactly as it should, and is easy to clean.

And although this was the most expensive in Best Buy (The Shop) it has the looks and acts it's part too. Really quick, even toast arrows many types of breads. Love this and it looks good, so glad my old toaster broke!

I bought this toaster with my best buy points. My family didn't understand me purchasing a $50 toaster but this is honestly worth it. It has a defrost button on the toaster so it defrosts while it cooks at the same time. I've always had toaster ovens and cheap toasters. This toaster never burns anything and is really simple to use. If you have a bigger family get the 4 slice toaster.

I was looking to replace my old toaster because it was not wide enough to toast bagels. This fit the job just nicely.The addition of customize settings is perfect.

I was thrilled to find all the features I wanted. Pop out crumb drawer, extra wide slots, arm to raise the smaller items for easy access. The excess cord can be stored beneath the toaster and it doesn't get too hot to touch on the outside when moving back into place on the counter. Yes, it does toast very well, too!

I have only used this a few times but I love it. The bagel setting is a great feature and it signals you with a beep just before its done.

Perfect settings, for perfect color toast. You can just warm it up, you can keep it warm or toast it. I love it.

Have used this attractive unit nearly every morning since purchased a few weeks ago. Has a special "bagel button" that, combined with a setting of "4", ensures an even crispy brown sliced surface and a fluffy interior every time, with no burn of the exterior. Perfect every time - couldn't be happier.

Toasts uniformly and quickly. Exterior stays cool enough to touch when toasting. Good looking so you want to leave it on the counter and not hide it when not in use.

Defrosts and toasts my tiny frozen gluten free bread slices without losing the slices in the toaster, while being wide enough for bagels. The toast settings go from very lightly toasted to browned.

The KitchenAid - 2-Slice Extra-Wide-Slot Toaster - Contour Silver met my expectations. It toasts both sides of a slice of bread evenly! The large lighter/darker dial is nice. The bagel setting works well also. Haven't tried the defrost setting yet. (I have never bought frozen waffles, bagels, etc - might have to give them a try.) Haven't needed to try the keep warm setting yet either. It also beeps when the toast is finished and pops up.

Really like the 7 levels of toasting to dial in the different types of bread we toast. Style and color goes perfectly with our kitchen. 2 annoying items keep me from giving it 5 stars, the alarm that goes off just before it finishes. Crumb tray takes several tries to get it to stay in.

Amazing toaster!! Looks great and works great. You won’t be disappointed. Great purchase, worth the $$.
