amazing!!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound, volume, bass, everything... these speakers shake the walls at under half way volume... crystal clear sound and a sub woofer that can go to night club levels. And for this price... icing on the cake

Awesome value, better than more expensive options
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my 2nd time buying this system. The first one lasted for many years before the sub speaker finally blew out. I can't recommend this system highly enough. It's got superb sound at low volumes and delivers awesome, throat-rattling 2.1 sound for PC gaming. It's not a super modern look for your desktop, but what it lacks in aesthetics it handily makes up for in performance.

Klipsch does it again
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Klipsch makes great products - period. I own their reference series speakers for my Home Theater and now for my Office PC. They have a great sound and the bass is awesome. I got them on sale with some reward certificates and a gift card. They replaced an old Logitech 5.1 system (that I wasn't using the 5.1 with) so the fact that these are 2.1 didn't matter to me. The only thing I don't care for with these is the 2 desktop speaker's size. They are slightly larger then I would like, but if they were smaller it might take away from the sound quality. I changed the volume/bass control from the right to the left speaker for my convenience. Bottom line is they look good and sound great so go get yourself some!

Outstanding value for the money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I heard it in the store as I was waiting for my new phone to be activated. I asked the sales person what system it was. When he took me over to this set of computer speakers I was astonished. Flash forward a month later I come in to buy them, get them set @ home and hooked up to my KINDLE -- WOW, I am a believer, even better than the first time. Not many things you can say that about!

Awesome performance
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is not some ordinary set of computer speakers. I have these to listen to music in my home office. They FILL my office with sound. The adjustable bass lets the bass speaker make Deadmau5e come alive as well as Vivaldi's pieces for the highs. The range of speakers is great. I first heard these playing in Best Buy and Chris one of the reps in El Paso showed these to me. I purchased them the next week. I sort of modified the switch and pulled it off of the bottom of the speaker and have it under my monitor to adjust the volume and bass. Great sound for a small system. My son loves feeling the air coming from the bass speaker that this system has.

Quality Speakers for Sound Enthusiasts
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: Adjustable subwoofer volume, power, strength, and quality. In my apartment I have yet to turn the volume up more than 60% and super loud with a crisp and clean sound. Cons: There is no power button. Speakers stay on unless unplugged.

Best sound EVER heard from computer speakers
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These speakers were a TOTAL surprise to me. When I first turned them on I knew I had something special, even if I'd paid twice as much for them. My wife has a set of Bose speakers that cost over $300 and the Klipsch are much better for about one-third the cost. If you love great sound, BUY THESE!

Simply Amazing
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was my second time purchasing these speakers. The 1st was for my computer, this time it was for my TV. They work amazingly well, the sound quality is out of this world. The only drawback is the little green light on the front of one of the satellites, it does not turn off, but the simple solution is to just put a little dot of electrical tape over it. Simply Amazing Speakers!!!

Great sounding speakers
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm very happy with my purchase of these Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 speakers. The small speakers are very clear and the sub woofer kicks. They're very loud in my 12' x 16' office room. Can't turn them up past half way because it gets too loud (but doesn't distort). I You Tube my favorite artists and really enjoy the big sound I get with these things. I purchased a new Alienware Aurora R5 computer and needed a new set of speakers for it. I have a set of Labtec speakers on my 13 yr. old Dell XP machine which I always enjoyed but the Klipsch are so much more high tech. They don't have a fade control for left and right but I really haven't needed it. The computer sound card can control that if needed. I would highly recommend these to any one who is looking for a moderately priced set of speakers.

Great sound for the computer!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Klipsch speaker setup was fast and simple. The sound is very crisp, with plenty of bass, which is easily adjustable as required for the source material. The compact size of the components and ample cable lengths allow nice placement options.

Packs a punch
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Being a former sound technician and music lover, I am very picky about how things sound. I was very impressed with the sound quality for the size. I sampled all the models in the store. This was hands down, the best small set of speakers on the shelf before you enter the well known "high performance" brand. But, alas, these are desktop speakers. The have a very crisp and clean sound and I like how you can adjust the bass separately. The other plus is you can take off the base and mount the horns on the wall if you want (brackets sold separately). Another plus, you can install additional speaker wire (like old school wiring) and send the signal across the room. The only downside I see is having to unplug the speakers from the outlet when not using them. I have yet to find a power switch (I don't like my electronics on when not in use).

Worth More Than They Cost
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It was funny, I walked into BB and wandered around a bit looking at speakers before a dude came over to ask if I needed help. I said, "Actually, I need the best computer speakers y'all have. I don't care what the price." He smiled enthusiastically and guided me down the aisle...past the $500 Bose speakers, and everything sitting next to them. He picked up the Klipsch box and put it into my hands. He was fanatical about these things. I thanked him, he left, and I put the speakers back. I waited for another rep to come around to help me. Eventually someone else did. And again, I asked the same question. And again, I got the same response. So, I bought these clunky looking things and took them home. Now, I hang out at BB waiting for folks to wander over to the computer speaker aisle. I don't even bother asking them, I just walk up, shove the box for these speakers in their arms and walk off without saying a word. Does this make me weird? Yes. Am I doing them a service? Heck (BB won't let me post the other word) yes. These speakers are worth more than what I paid for them. Only thing. If you have a Mac like I do? Download an equalizer like Boom 2 or some such. Then you can get a lot lot more out of these bad boys than you could otherwise. Enjoy!

Great sound however..
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had these speakers for several months and I really enjoy their sound quality. I just really wish it had a power button to shut them off. The volume control knob has been giving me issues of late. I'm beginning to believe that there is a loose connection with it. The sound in the left channel will drop out while turning the knob, a slight tapping of the knob brings the channel back up. I would recommend this because of the sound quality but caution against reliability of the control knobs.

Still kicking!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After 3 months of daily use and being subjected to a variety of musical styles, no change in my original opinion or decision to buy these speakers. Still disappointed that the display in the store showcased a puck volume controller with headphone input jacks on that puck but this is a minor item given the overall build and performance quality of this item.

Good unit for the money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had one of these units a few years ago and had great sound as this one does. The unit has great sound for the money. Only draw back of this new unit compared to the same unit bought several years ago, is that the older one had an on off switch and the new one doesn't. So that means you have to plug in or unplug the new unit to turn it off and on.
