Great Sound! Convenient Use
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got mine for Christmas as a gift. It’s worked awesome ever since. I love the sound quality. My wife makes me turn the subwoofer way down at night to avoid bothering the sleeping kiddos because it can get pretty loud :) I use the cord to plug in for the tv use, but I use blue tooth all the time with my iPhone and iPad for music. Works great - but I have to leave the phone or iPad generally within eyesight of device to avoid any lag issues. My remote for the cable box synced up really easily right away—took me a little more digging to figure out how to sync the universal remote that came with the Samsung TV. Not necessarily Klipschs fault there... Overall I think it’s been great

Huge disappointment!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Spent a great deal of time & energy researching sound bars to go with a Samsung 75” tv, finally decided upon the Klipsch RSB8. Huge mistake!! Here’s the deal - in order to use Bluetooth to play music from phone, iPad, etc., it has to be run through Klipsch’s app. The whole connection routine where the app pairs with WiFi is ridiculously difficult and in the end never worked. Also, instructions in the box are a joke, no website or phone # provided for assistance, online “owners manual” the same useless instructions that came in the box. Zero customer service from Klipsch! Ticked me off big time, just not going to own something that is so needlessly complicated, so back in the box it went, never was able to listen to it. Replaced it with a JBL SB450, about the same price, it was connected using Bluetooth, no app, and playing music from the phone in less than 10 minutes. First & last Klipsch purchase!
