Wouldn’t work on my door it was odd it wouldn’t fit

I love ability to make sure that my door is locked from anywhere.

This is a great device, only wish it was developed to immediately and freely developed to work with Alexa. It will work with alexa for an additional $100, but it works as described, and my family loves, and uses daily....

This was another purchase for our smart home. Love this.

This thing is very peculiar about when it says it’s jamming or not

It's not the products fault but it kinda is. I had another brand lock, I had to replace due to moving, but it doesn't come near it. I like the key codes not an app entry I don't want to always rely on my phone. With that said I returned it. Best buy doesn't sell the other ,so I'll have to go somewhere else.

The install was simple but the connection via the Bluetooth was bad it kept on timing out. I would be faster to use a key. It was returned to the store the next day

Great if you need to unlock your door remotely for someone. Other than that you still need your key or your phone out when approaching the door.

i recently purchased the kwikset kevo lock conversion kit for deadbolt. i saw it in the best buy store, however it was misrepresented by being with the original keo lock (non-concersion) and did not know this until after purchase. although the lock has worked fine, there are times it will not open & the app has to be restarted multiple times. i was going to return it, however i fear i exceeded the return deadline. my advice is tonbuy the original non-conversation lock. more expensive, but worth it in my estimation.

That app lags and takes a minute to open up and find lock. Would like it better if the door would know I was arriving home and unlock without me having to take my phone out.

I love it, My only complaints are that I’m changing the batteries every 6 months and the lock has to be lined up exactly.

I like the lock.... but it doesn’t want to work with our Alexa.... perhaps user error, but it’s a durable deadbolt for sure!

Perfect for the front door, works smoothly and not difficult to install.

Setup is easy but you still need a hub to run it to Alexa which what I was trying to avoid.

Absolutely the worst electronic lock I have ever owned. The 10 year old pinpad kwickset lock far far more reliable, think about that. This garbage doesn’t automatically lock why? Oten reports locked or unlocked from the app after it connects and well it isn’t correct. I need to know when it says locked it’s locked! From 3 feet away it may say it locked or unlocked but it doesn’t do either.

I was hoping this would be my solutions to lost keys, and misplaced keys. The system was relatively easy to install. But....the front door at my house is apparently not hung correctly. The Kevo indicated "Jammed bolt" with each attempted use. So, it has been uninstalled, and returned. I have the skill set to install the Kevo, but NOT the front door. Disappointed

Works as advertised. Helps keep our home safe and secure.

This item didn't work out for me. I like the idea but not the execution

I love the ability to have the deadbolt lock unlock automatically and be able to turn on and off the feature for relatives. I also know who is coming and going!!!! Great product.
