Installed this lock on an existing door. The instructions were clear and there were no surprises during the install. Had to make minor modifications to the deadbolt hole in the door frame to accommodate the new deadbolt, but that's to be expected. Took about an hour. Everything fit and worked as advertised. The external components look like they'll stand up to the elements for a long time - I guess time will tell. My favorite part of the product / installation: the ability to re-key the lock with no special skills or tools (or a trip to the hardware store). New lock, same keys as before. Awesome. We're not using the remote control capabilities of this lock yet, so I can't comment on the setup or operation of those bits.

Easy to install product...easy to pair with XFINITY....love that you can lock door remotely!!! Only have had for several weeks....so hopefully it continues to work as well as it does right now!!!

Yes, that's right this is an easy lock to install. Then I linked it up to my Comcast security and now when my roommate or daughter forgets to lock the door, I call them up and say HEY! GO LOCK THE DOOR! I love that when I need someone to come by and do some work I can just give them a code and BAMM they are in and working! I can change the number and I am so very happy! I also love that I can take walks and not worry about my keys because I have a code. I am a happy camper!

I was looking for something that works with Alexa. This one does when it get connected with Samsung smart Hubs.

I've had keypad kwikset assemblies on my doors for years now and love them. I recently installed Comcast security system this past year and wanted to be able to control and monitor the doors on that platform and through the mobile app. It works wonderfully! I can check to make sure the doors are locked and set "rules" for them to lock at night or when the security system is armed. A little pricey but well worth the money in my opinion!

This a great lock. It's very easy to install. The sync with my xfinity home security system was painless.

Best Buy installed these for me let 2017. I love them. I have a code to get in. I can set other codes for “ extended family” or a temporary code but hace not had to do that yet. It is so easy to leave and come back and not have to dig in my purse for keys.

If setting up a wifi Door lock system this is the way to go. Highly Recommend this lock!

This lock set is a mate to the XFINITY home security system . So far, I absolute love it.

This item was bought to go with my Xfinity home security system.

I bought this door lock as an add-on to my Cox Homelife home security system. This sync process was very simple and the door lock works as described. I can program different codes for each user. Overall great purchase.

It seems to jam very often but unsure if due to faulty alignment and installation. Also I'm not happy about integration with XFINITY Home in that I cannot control passcodes through xfinity automation app but I still have to handle manually through the device. (though It said it works with some security systems but unfortunately I didn't realize XFINITY did not offer that feature.

Was very easy to change to my existing key. Love this option if kids forget their keys.
