Very good and safe got ran over and still works the exact same

I have a high end Alienware and decided to copy 202GB of images to the drive and it took almost 3 hours USB-C to USB-C. I would not say this is a USB 3 when it comes to the speed. LaCie is a great brand I truly rely on, but this is a spinning platter inside a nice case with rubber on it. I could have probably made one of my own, but to be honest, this was a convenience purchase that suits my backup paranoia.

I have been using this item for a while and I have nothing but good things to say about it! It has cords to easily connect to my laptop and so much space to put on projects and videos! Great for storing photos and old memories.

Easy to use. Like the tough case. Perfect to have physical backup.

Operates well with a macbook and film editing software. I had to but a usbc to usb converter in order to use it but that is my own issue for not reading clearly.

I was looking for a drive that was rugged. I spend time in the field and wanted a drive I could carry in my backpack without concern if it gets bumped or splashed with water. I’ve used it for a few months and works great.

Really great quality and looks pretty. The only downside is that you can hear the noise inside when it works.

Needed something for editing videos. Great to store the videos and so far you can edit the videos if the videos are just on the external hard drive.

I love it, I can transfer pictures / videos from my Mac to hard drive easily.

As a photographer, often times it can be unnerving to travel with your hard drives, but with this one I feel like my files are safe! It's taken a handful of falls and no damage was inflicted-the cord included is also very sturdy,

After having my previous hard drive die on me, I did my research to try and find the best bang for my buck - I found nothing but good reviews on this brand and decided to try it out for myself. I ended up purchasing 2 and I love how reliable they are!

I appreciate that this came with a USB cord and a USBC cord - I'll be able to use this until apple makes up their mind with what inputs will be available on their laptops longterm...

I love the design and tough build quality. This is great for my uses in the work shop and on location taking photos or shooting video. Lightning fast and enjoy the different connection options for sharing with others who may not have usb c.
