    This is an excellent backup drive. Easy to use with to backup a Mac using Time Machine or manually copy files to a separate disk. You can even set this up to have some of each!

    I reformatted it to Mac file system. Connecting via usb 3.0 rectangular port. (Aka usb A?) Sometimes won’t connect right away. Could be me and not the drive. Lately it’s working better.
