Have used this for about a year now and it has exceeded my expectations. It's a very nice size and as advertised very rugged.

Great drive. The case is very nice and provides good protection. It has a USB-C connection and comes with two cables, both very sturdy. One is a USB-C to USB-C for very fast backups. The other is an a USB-C to USB. Easy to format. I am thinking of buying another! It comes formatted for APFS. You can use 1TB for a volume for time machine and another for another backup program of your choice. Highly recommend. The rubber case is removable if desired.

This is a really updated and upgraded external hard drive, which replaces an older hard drive I had which stopped working. I'm glad that I purchased this one. It works well and is quite fast and secure

Drive is durable and fits my workflow. Be careful to ALWAYS unplug the cord when the drive is in your bag! I have even had a support issue and Seagate came through under their support warranty.
