Good, but data transfer is not as fast as I hoped

I'm accustomed to using transfer modes that are faster than USB 3, and didn't realize how much of a difference it would make, particularly for large backups. I would recommend the drive for people who do not have to transfer large amounts of data at the same time.

Great External Drive

I plugged this into my Mac went to my Disk Utility and reformatted. No problems at all. I do like that these newer models have a power indicator light.

No USB-A cable

The product description says it includes 2 cables, one for USB-C to USB-A, but this is incorrect. Unfortunately the package only has one cable, USB-C to USB-C. An adapter is needed to access a computer without USB-C ports.

Worked well for a while

This product worked as advertised for a bit, but now the port has become loose, to the point where sometimes if you breathe on it wrong it'll disconnect/reconnect. I never misused it, dropped it, etc. I tried a bunch of different cables, and they all gave me a tenuous connection at best. I'm not exactly sure what happened (heat?), but I know I can't trust my data on it any longer, which is a shame.
