I bought one of these similar from another company some years back that stopped working, and I wanted another so I got this one but it's easier to turn on and turn off with the switch on the side instead of the back. Great fan

This fan has a slick look to it. Boy-friend liked it so we got it. Good circulation and easy control knob.

I needed a fan to circulate air . .. especially from the air conditoner. If I leave my ceiling fan on with the fan, it keeps my apartment cool during mild summer days.

I only buy Lasko fans anymore. I've tried other fans and they might work well for a week or a month, but then they fail. I found through trial and error, that Lasko fans do not fail, thank you Jesus. If they did, it would be hopeless, on the fan scene. Luckily, i have found Lasko products to be reliable and my product of choice, for fans and space heaters. This thing moves some serious air. It's a bit loud on the highest setting, but it is a high velocity fan, so it's gunna be a little loud, if you want it on the highest setting..it's like a soothing white noise though, and it's great for sleeping next to. But seriously, these things are a workhorse for powerfully moving the air around. I had a much smaller, lasko box fan, before i had these...in the summertime, i needed something much stringer than the box fan, so this fan was the solution. I've had 2 of them for like over 3 years, and they still run just fine....i just ordered my 3'rd one....anything less is underpowered and if it's not lasko, it'll probably fall apart soon...get the Lasko...you'll thank me later.

this fan blows a high volume of air and circulate the air through the whole house,great value.
