Received defective product

First I noticed was the packaging. The item sent to me looks refurbished as they used a brown packaging box with no manufacturers box. I was ok with it but when I tried using the tube that connects to the mist broke loose. Very disappointed with the product and bestbuy. I just decided to return it...

Wonderful product

Especially on the very hot days.. It is easy to operate and adjust the flow. So happy we ordered this. If anyone has been to Disney World and stood in front of their fans there, you would appreciate this. My grandkids came over and that was the 1st thing they said.
