Finally, the sixth season of Laverne and Shirley is here and only after a short year long wait, it was four years between seasons four and five. This season finds the girls out in California to have adventures, after getting fired from Shotz Brewery. There are some classic episodes, such as Sing, Sing, Sing, and The Fifth Anniversary. The only downfall to this release and others, the edits. I know I would rather have the show on DVD, with edits, but it would have been nice if all the episodes were in tact. If you are a Laverne and Shirley fan, make sure you purchase this so, Paramount can release the final 2 seasons!

More funny shows from two girls from Milwaukee after they moved to California. Lots of laughs.

I intend to get all the years that are available, even though the show can be silly it reminds me of my all time favorite show " I Love Lucy".

This is the first time I've watched the 6th season since the 1990s. It was kind of a surprise because it is better than I remembered it. The California episodes are as good as the Milwaukee episodes, and the addition of Rhonda and Sonny didn't detract from the original characters. I don't like either one, but it is better than throwing in a Cousin Oliver. The characters match the feel of the show. There are only a few episodes I don't like, like Born too Late, Love Out the Window, High Priced Dates, and The Other Woman.
