I lost my shine twice after it fell out of the standard rubber strap which does not hold it securely. This band is much more secure. I didn't like the leather strap, so I replaced it with a 16 mm wide nylon military-style watch strap. Now I can keep the Shine on at all times. The nylon strap dries quickly after showers. The look and feel is perfect!

The Misfit Shine fits snugly into the wristband. It snaps in so it does not feel as if it will fall out as with the plastic sports band. The leather is a little rigid and may bleed a little of the color, but only at first. The leather yields quickly and becomes supple with wear. Obviously since this is leather you won't want to shower or swim with your Shine in this wristband, but it does have a nicer look, for wearing it to work. It's a little on the pricey side for what it is, but the quality is good and it seems like it will last a long while.

My fiance bought me the misfit shine for my birthday, he didn't like the sports band (said it looked cheap) after doing some research we found the black leather band, and we could both agree it is way nicer than the sports band. Overall love it, only downside is you can't really get it wet, but hey it looks good!

My wristband snapped two weeks into having the Flash, so after not finding Misfit makes a band for the Flash I went to Best Buy and found if I firmly put my Flash in this band it stayed. I have had it in there for a week. It works great.

This band is stylish and fits my misfit shine perfectly. It was also a great value. Makes it look just like a watch, I get tons of compliments.

... but way overpriced. Misfit seems to price all their bands at $50. I paid $50 for the black mesh band and $50 for the nylon band. I got this on sale for $39.99 and that was still way too expensive. The sport band that came with the Shine was not secure and the disk kept falling out. You pretty much have to buy another band if you don't want to lose your $100 device. I do like the fact that I can dress up my Shine for any occasion but still, the price is too high hence the 3 star rating.

Much better than the original. The Shine has popped out much less than it did with the original. The band is also comfortable.

I bought the upgraded leather bracelet for the Shine because I wanted more of a watch bracelet that would stay closed and not snag on anything and come loose. This one is great. It's comfortable and holds the shine securely. I wear it all day and night even in the shower and when swimming with no problems.

This hold the unit more securely than the rubber one that comes with the unit just and its very stylish

I like the sleep tracking feature. Helped me improve quality of sleep not just how much time.

I bought it because the sport band was falling apart, it's really good for everyday use.

Love the leather band for MisFit. The rubber ones can break easily and I've almost lost MisFit. This leather one is much stronger & I don't worry about it breaking. I've already recommended it to a friend.

This band holds my Shine very securely and is comfortable to wear. Also very stylish - people ask me about my "watch" often when I use this band. The only thing I don't like about it is that it gets waterlogged easily so I have to take it off to shower.

My leather band is sleek and looks great with my bangles and bracelets to dress the look up for work.

the actual Misfit sucked too much to keep so all of it was returned. My wife really liked the watch-like band vs what her Fitbit had as it didn't come loose and fall off.

this is overpriced in my opinion for what it is. it does look nice and feel nice though. My wife is pleased with it and I like that the Misfit stays put in the band!

This fits perfectly. I like it better than the sport band for regular use and wear. It is comfortable and works well.

The leather band is great. My misfit will not fall out of this band like it does in the other bands.
