Works fine for photos and videos without a problem but I got this primarily for music and to play music from it. Moved all my music files to a 128gb microSD card and I could play the music through this product. It did take a little time to get it to work but just try removing and reinserting to get iaccess to be able to read the music. Got it to work on second try. I think this product is great as a storage expander for apple iPad.

I bought this for my wife to use with a new iPad. I also bought a protective case for the iPad. This device will not fit into the iPad or her iPhone 7 while they are in their protective cases. SO - to use this they have to be removed from the cases. Bummer!

My photos transferred right over. It also gave an option of deleting off the phone when copied. It also transferred contacts but not sure how to retrieve them. Thought it would hold documents too but haven't found that. That's why only 4 stars.

Recently I upgraded my iPhone 6plus 128gb to an iPhone 7plus 32gb. Obviously I needed a way to get more storage for my new phone. The options are pretty limited locally. The Leef was it. It doesn't come with any instructions. You plug the Leaf into the phone and it pops up with three different free apps to download. I downloaded all of them because I didn't know which one I would need. After finding the right app I tried to transfer my images. I have over 6,000 images on my phone. I tried the select all, there are two options to transfer to the iBridge device or move them. Neither worked, it just sat there acting like it was doing something, but it wasn't. I decided to try smaller batches. At first it was okay. But, I did some videos and it acted like it was moving them, but they are blank. Since I moved them, they are deleted off of my phone. I don't have them anymore. There is a total of 46 images/videos that I no longer have because the app said that they were transferred, but they weren't. I am so glad that I took a break from transferring to see if it was actually working. I DO NOT recommend this device! Aside from that, the app kept saying "moving" but just sat there. I will be looking for another similar device that is better and returning this one.

It did what it was supposed to but the transfer speed was all over the place. Successfully transferred all files to computer. The app part was weird though, was strange that theres multiples pop up .
