My 9-year-old daughter picked out this Harry Potter game as we were shopping, and it seemed like something fun we could all play. I thought it would be interested, but WAY exceeded my expectations. Now I feel like a kid whenever she asks me to play! The game follows the Harry Potter story lines fairly closely, so you find yourself acting out scenes from the books/movies - but Lego style! The gameplay is really fun and you get to pick up spells throughout the game, which allow you to tackle different tasks and fight different enemies more effectively. Sometimes the puzzles can be a little challenging, but that's good - it makes for a great game that parent and child alike can enjoy! The graphics are good, and the humor helps break up some of the slightly scary scenes (but still OK for a young child). I highly recommend this game, and I probably enjoy it as much if not more than my daughter!
