My computer would only last 15-20 minutes without being plugged in. This would limit the time I could actually take my laptop with me to a more comfortable location. By buying the new battery, I am no able to take my laptop with me and not have to run and plug it in and sit at the table any more!!!

The Battery I had At First Stopped Work Right , Meaning It Would No Longer Hold A Charge. So This New One Works Just Fine For Me At This Point. Think You

would have loved it to work, but I will find a battery that does work

Plugged in and looks just like the oem battery. 2 hrs of web surfing and games on a charge.

I ordered this battery for my Acer aspire 5735-4774 and it was the right it fit. Perfectly like the original but the battery wasn't detected on the computer. So I wasted my $17.00 of expedited shipping and it as the wrong product I tried part search and other Websites but just can't find ao I might just buy a whole new laptop something better. I went in to my local Best Buy to order a new battery. I thought they carried them in the store, however, when I got there the clerk told me they would order it online and send it to my house. Not only was the clerk lazy, since she made me type in my own information (could have done that from home), she also must not have noticed that the battery should not be used on the Gateway I bought from them two years ago. Needless to say, it works but when the computer boots up it sounds like a semi backing up and tells me that I am putting the computer at risk for damage. Good going Best Buy, waste of $50.

I thought I was buying a new battery. When I received it it was wrapped in bubble wrap and in a box. After it stopped working after a week I find out that BB uses a parts store who admitted to me the ship refurbished baterries. Then trying to return it for a new one, good luck. I ended up taking it back to my local BB for a complete refund. Was very upset that a co. like BB would try and sell you a battery like this through parts store.

This battery came in my Gateway laptop and barely lasted a good six months. Now I'm trying to find another one that will fit without going to bestbuy...
