Fit perfectly

I was reluctant to replace it since my laptop is six years old. I was worried it wouldn't fit right or work properly. It was easy to install and fit perfectly . Great replacement battery

This battery is fine for my use. To check e-mail and send e-mails mostlly and maybe a few other things but this is not done every day. So good battery for simple things.

Easy to replace with the old battery

The service was quick and the saleman knew what type of battery to order for me once I answered his question about the model number. I was very excited when I was told it was on sale. Great price. I was notified within a week to come pick it up. Thanks for your great and timely customer service!

Would not charge. Package was slit open.

I returned it.The package was slit open on the second one too. It was exactly the same. It came about 50 percent charged, would operate the computer but would not recharge, the package was slit open in the same way on the second one.

Good buy, much cheaper than a Dell replacement. Next time I would hope to get a 9 cell replacement, and will go to Best Buy first.
