Set up was easy. Seems to lose wifi signal easily, as I often get an out of range notification, despite all other devices maintaining connection. Incredible for the price. Faster than expected, and satisfies basic computer needs.

I bought this because it was on sale for a great price. I paid $99 and I would say it is worth every penny. I use a laptop primarily while watching tv surfing the web. I really don't need a full fledged laptop so I was curious about the Chromebooks. This thing is great. It is quick and plenty fast enough to do what I need it to do. This is definitely a "beginner" Chromebook, whatever that means. Lol. It is not touch screen and speaking of which the screen is actually not that good. The resolution is not that great compared to modern phones and actual laptops. But, again for the price this is a real winner. After having this one I will definitely buy another one, Chromebook that is. If you can get this on sale it is a no brainer, even at full price it is quite a deal. It's also quite rugged.

Bought this for my mother in law. It’s super easy for her to operate and use. Long battery life and very lightweight. All she does is FB, IG and play the occasional game. Works perfect for simple tasks, would also be great for kids.

This chromebook is the third chromebook I have had to buy for my middle schooler. The first one was a much more expensive HP chromebook that took a beating and died and got sent out to geek squad twice! Thank goodness I protected that chromebook with geek squad. This chromebook is my kids replacement. I got 2 very cheap chromebooks for the price of the HP chromebook that was damaged at school. Parents buy geek squad for your kid device. And buy your kid cheaper devices. And consider a backup one. This chromebook is inexpensive and good enough for any middle schooler. My kid wasn’t the problem but other kids can be rotten and knock down your kids laptop off of desks. Or step on it during class switching.

This Lenovo seems well put together for the price point. I got it to replace a four year old Acer Chromebook that served me well but was starting to have connectivity glitches both with the router and Bluetooth.
The screen is pretty decent on this one and it seems more durable than the Acer. It is a little thicker, but the extra heft is appreciated. The hinges are better also.
One thing I'm not a fan of is the charging port. The Acer had a simple round connector and this one is the USB style. I prefer the round ones..they just seem more durable and less likely to be damaged connecting/disconnecting.
Overall, I'm pleased with the purchase.

The Lenovo 100e Chromebook has done what I needed for the price I paid for it. I have in my home office a Lenovo Desktop with all the power I need for watching movies, working etc. But I needed a light ease to take with me computer that worked well with my documents could work with a Office documents, and easily works with Chrome (it doesn't has windows) but works great with all the programs I already had bought from Google play. I just did 2 things to help to work with it, I have cloud memory to save big documents and files and I carry with me if necessary, an external disk drive. I just bought a USB mouse because I am old School and prefer it to the glide mouse pad. Up this point it has worked wonderfully.

I actually purchased one before Christmas and then bought another for that grandchild's younger brother after Christmas. These are just like the ones they use in school, grades 4 and 5. The battery lasts a very long time without needing a recharge. The boys are using them a lot and are very happy with them. An amazing thing was a full drink was spilled on the keyboard of one by another child who was visiting. I thought I would have to make a claim for accidental damage, covered by my credit card, but the liquid was soaked up quickly and then placed in a bag of rice for two days. After that it powered right up and has been working fine for several days now. A great purchase for a great price.

I purchased this comouter to replace my Dell touchscreen laptop. I LOVED my Dell but when i traveled, it was extrenely heavy and I needed something for basic business (Google docs, Microsft office, etc) without the weight. This computer is super lightweight so it wins on that. But after a couple of months of use, I found it to be very glitchy. A lot of times, I will be using an app (like presenting in Google Meetings) and the screen will just switch to something else. Or if I need to navigate between screens the computer will get stuck in a loop and I have to close out of the meeting and come back to complete the presentation. Everytime I have a Zoom meeting, the log on screen closes and it forces me to re-open the app (even though its open in the background and people can see me...found that out the hard way). And if someone in Zoom moves from one presentation to another, my screen closes out and i have to reopen. Just inconvenient and disruptive. I've also attempted to sync my Samsung phone a few times unsuccessfully which doesn't make sense. If I had to do all over again, I would purchase this for travel use/secondary use, but not for a primary everyday business use. But the screen when streaming is great!
